The courier let you down
I can’t give five stars because your courier didn’t tell me it had been delivered. They dumped it in the foyer of one of our 3 foyers in our development of flats. As we didn’t know it was there anyone could have stolen it. The first we knew of the deliver was when our friends who lived in that block brought it to our block to collect as it is a kitchen sink and it was too heavy to carry any further (we are a retirement development, so we are not young!) Four stars for easy ordering, well packaged and a lovely sink. So, thank you to Home Supply. Just find a better courier for future deliveries.

Qualified to Please.
Initially sceptical at the fantastic price of the shower. This beats other suppliers hands done. From cradle to grave the experience was without fault. Orders at 16.00 hrs and delivered the following day at midday. Great service. would recommend this supplier to anyone in need of quality products with a smile.

The courier has delivered the item to the wrong address.
The courier has delivered the item to the incorrect address, without obtaining a signature! This has delayed my work considerably. I am still waiting for this to be resolved.

We completely understand your frustration, as the item should have been delivered directly to you and handled correctly by the courier. From what we can see, the delivery was made today, but it appears the driver left the item within the block of flats rather than delivering it directly to your flat. We will be raising this with DX to investigate, as this is not the level of service we expect from our delivery partners.

Good service when you're purchasing
Good service when you're purchasing - however if you need to return all that changes. I purchased a tap online - once the order had been confirmed (too late to cancel). They then tell you if you need to return the product there would be a substantial charge for a courier service to pick it up. I was made to feel like a potential criminal as they emphasised on more than one occasion that they would be thoroughly inspecting the contents of the returned item and expect it to be returned with original packaging in tact - only then will they issue a refund. I would not use this company again and would advise you to find what you need somewhere else other than HomeSupply.

We are sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your returns experience.
In this instance, the tap was ordered online, processed correctly and delivered within 48 hours. At no point before dispatch or delivery did we receive a request to cancel the order. As the item had already been delivered without a cancellation request, the order then fell under our standard returns procedure.
The item was not faulty or incorrectly supplied; it was ordered in error. For this reason, we offered two return options: you could either arrange the return yourself at your own cost for a full refund, or use our courier collection service through DX and the collection cost would be deducted from the refund.
The collection charge quoted was the standard return collection cost passed on to us by the courier. We do not make any profit from this charge; it simply covers the cost of arranging the collection. Unfortunately, couriers do charge for collections and where an item has been ordered incorrectly, we are not responsible for covering the return cost.
Before placing an order online, customers are expected to check that the item they are ordering is suitable for their requirements.
Our inspection process for returned goods is standard practice and applies to all returned items. It allows us to confirm that the correct item has been returned, that all components are present and that the product remains unused and in a resalable condition before a refund is issued. We also request that products are returned in their original packaging wherever possible, as stated in our returns policy.
We always aim to provide clear information throughout the ordering and returns process. Our returns policy is made available before an order is placed and must be accepted as part of the checkout process. While we are sorry that you felt differently on this occasion, the information was provided clearly at the time of purchase.

Just to say Wow! What fantastic service!
We needed the shower tray to be able to get on with our bathroom renovation this morning and the shower tray arrived on the dot of time, by a very nice and polite delivery driver, was excellently packaged, and I’m thrilled with the quality of the tray! Very happy customer!

Brilliant
Brilliant! Highly recommend, especially compared to victoria plumbing. I got the best deal for the toilet I picked. There was a useful call to arrange delivery day. The driver was very nice and helpful and arrived early in the day, no delays.
I had a minor issue with a toilet seat, reached out to Home supply, they quicky organised a replacement and kept me informed all the way. Mollie/Olivia - thank you.
