Delivery
The delivery company totally ignore the college opening times and we are constantly having to request a different day, only to get another time that is when we are closed.
This is infuriating as times are stated clearly on the order.

Great patience and service

Delayed arrival and damaged
Delayed arrival, followed by boxes in poor condition to the point that A4 and A5 have damaged reams (at least one in most boxes) of paper. All other items arrived safely.

I had made an order which arrived at…
I had made an order which arrived at Belfast depot but the delivery was delayed quite a bit. I contacted Hope customer service and was corresponding with Leigha. I have to say that she was very professional and helpful with my issue and it was resolved within hours. I know that the problem wasn't actually with Hope but the delivery company but Leigha was very happy to resolve the issue. I will definitely order from hope in the future.

I rang at 10am to check if stock was…
I rang at 10am to check if stock was available as we needed them next day. I was told Yes, they are in stock and they would be delivered the next day as it was before the 2pm and over £50.
They never arrived next day and they still haven't arrived from 3rd Sept last week and its now Tuesday 8th Sept!

Excellent all round.
Fast service, really helpful when somehow I paid twice, prompt refund. Next day delivery. No extra charges - the stamps were the same price I would have paid at the Post Office and it saved me the cost of the petrol and the time to get there.
