Delivery was prompt, packaging was enough without being excessive. I'm not keen on over packing. Items perfect condition, great value and will order again when needed.

Good quality products
The 100 counting frame and counters are very good quality. The products have been very useful and my daughter loves using them. The price was also very good for the quality. Delivery was next day and really appreciated. I will definitely be purchasing more educational materials for my children.

The parcel was not delivered to school
The parcel was not delivered to school. We received notification that it had been delivered but we had not received anything. We checked for proof of delivery and there was no photo. It said it was delivered to Rebecca. However we found it had been delivered to the Nursery which is not associated with us.

Excellent service, good prices
The products I ordered were cheaper than Amazon - always a bonus! - and were easy to order. Items were despatched promptly, and delivered almost as quickly - the delay was with DPD, not with Hope. I will definitely be using Hope as a supplier again

Update: Customer service was excellent, damaged order was replaced very quickly, I will definitely use Hope again.
I am sorry to say the cut outs I ordered were all stuck together and when Intried to separate them the coating came off leaving patches of cardboard. I ordered them for a lesson and didn’t have time to send them
back.

Delivery
The delivery company totally ignore the college opening times and we are constantly having to request a different day, only to get another time that is when we are closed.
This is infuriating as times are stated clearly on the order.
