Hot Toner Avis 

When my order arrived on 6th October I was missing one of my colours, which entailed 8 packs. I rang Hot Toner and let the operator know. He said he would get on to the Warehouse. To my surprise and pleasure, when I went to my mail box today, 7th October, the colours were there; they had been sent by Express Post. Great customer service!

i have just bought this machine, and when asked for a exchange they told me they hadnt any of these to exchange but if i waited would do it , which i did ,, just on $30-00 ,, i queered it and was told right price, , the printer (Brother) earlier model before took a bigger black cartridge ink wise and its coloured ones were same amount and same shape cept like most things looks the same but some minor difference, and wont fit,, and the old ones same ink size etc approx $14-00 and the black approx $19-00, so the new ones,, $20-00 and as i said the black which is identical amount as the colored ones and only same amount as the old $29-00.. so comes home and looks up the prices and yours comes up round about $9-00 each if averaged out,, so i know now where to buy, just one question as the black seems to go quicker is it possible, example to buy 4 blacks as 1pac and 1 4 pac colored at the same price as i paid for the 2x4 mixed pacs next time if it works out same, the 4 blacks same price as 1 colored mixed,pac ,

Unfortunately I can only rate things as I see them, pretty poor service, I placed an order a week ago and still have not received the goods, no update nothing.
Suggest you pick up your game if you require positive ratings.

I have bought ink tanks from Hot toner 3 times now and each time they have given me excellent service. They have a great range of products and are very easy to order. The parcel arrived in just a few days in good condition. I have not had any problems at all with the products working in my printer.

Every time I need toner for my laser printer, the first business I go to is Hot Toner! Not only are they one of the cheapest around, but they are so efficient, my toner arrived the next day (and I ordered it on the Sunday), Monday morning.
Anyone looking to buy online, I wouldn't go past Hot Toner. If you do, you will waste valuable time and money.
