Just bought a new Brother Laser with a starter toner - needed a reliable replacement - where else is there to go - Hot-Toner I've been a customer for over 12 years - never an issue

Most disappointing
I have received excellent service in the past from yourselves but this time it took me 45 minutes to find the right toner number as the numbering system in the website is confusing and the customer service officer was useless to the extent that I hung up on him.
Dreadful experience.

epson did not send me the ink i paid for
my son was sceptical that i could receive ink through epson over the internet and he was right i find them very unreliable and corrupt

I craft and use my printer a lot so when I ran out of ink and needed it in a hurry I didn't know what to do. All the normal shops are so expensive and, as a disabled pensioner, I can't afford their prices. My daughter suggested looking online and that's when I found HotToner. Their range is extensive and their prices are reasonable. When I read that I could also get free shipping I was sold. I've ordered from them twice now. I'm very happy with their product and will continue to use them.
