Wooden Recycling Bin Store for 2 Bins.

We saved to buy this and wish we hadn’t.

The delivery didn’t take too long. When i received this order it came in 2 boxes, one of which was damp and when opened it was mouldy all inside. We got the product out of the box some of it fell apart.

Then we tried to put it together following the instructions. This can not be done as some of the parts have been made too big.

I have since been in touch with this company and they have sent out a new order to me.

I was looking for a house number sign engraved in limestone and found one with this company. I even managed to get a discount when I emailed them & Lisa kindly gave me one before ordering, I then waited for it to be delivered.

It appeared at one stage I wasn't going to get the item as there was no conformation of dispatch and I did get slightly worried as I had never dealt with this company before.

So I then sent a few emails to them and Lisa was very helpful indeed and kept me in the loop.
She explained there was an initial problem with my order but it was finally going to be on its way to me & even emailed me a photo of it all boxed up showing my address together with the tracking number.

It arrived as promised well packaged and I was pleasantly surprised on how well it was made, I was really happy with it.

So another thanks to The House Name Plate Company and to Lisa who kindly helped me out, the service I received was absolutely brilliant & I thought they deserved a positive review, thank you again for everything :-)

I ordered an outside recycling storage for 3 boxes and it was delivered whilst I was on holiday. Having returned and had to wait for someone to assemble it for me I decided to paint it first. I got it out of the boxes, immediately two bits of wood fell off and I noticed that there were only 5 extra screws not 10 as the instructions said.
It was assembled yesterday and the man that assembled it said it was of very low quality, and not worth the money that I had paid for it.
However, it is assembled and hopefully will stand the test of time. I would not purchase again.

We had our brass house nameplate restored and the result was exceptional! It looked like it should belong on a restored steam engine. Took a few weeks as I think they group them together with other orders and the wait was absolutely worth it. Lacquer finish means it won't have to be polished regularly. Cost was £40 which is an absolute bargain

The House Namplate Company are the only place I will ever go for signs after the amazing customer support I received from Lisa! I asked for an extra personalisation for a garden sign and they went above and beyond to make it extra special and even ensured it was delivered super quick as it was a last minute gift. All the signs I've bought from them have been incredible quality with lots of love poured into making them ❤️

Bought the three tier wooden recycling unit. Exceedingly poor quality and very disappointing. Wish I hadn’t wasted my money!

It was literally tears of joy today after we opened our package from The House Nameplate Company. The finishing was superlative, the design was breathtakingly good. Nothing but the highest of recommendations from our family!

Brilliant Service. Customer Friendly and First Class House Name Plate.
It puts all other name plates in close proximity in the Shade.
Also great to know it was made in the UK.

I had the honor to communicate with Elisha for three signs. She was amazing and answered my questions. After payment, the signs came in 3 days. I was very surprised by the speed of my customised signs.

I have waited since receiving the sign as it was a Christmas present for my wife. And she thinks it's fantastic.

I found the House Nameplate Company on the internet after searching for a bespoke house sign manufacturer.
We had lots of backwards and forwards by email and on the phone getting things absolutely as we wanted including mock ups being made.
Bought (eventually!) and the sign arrived very promptly.
It is superb.

Bought 5 weeks ago, arrived today. Absolutely brilliant name plate. Screws sadly poor quality but for the price I’m delighted.
