ust recieved my house sign today and am so pleased with it.
Looked at a lot on Amazon and Etsy etc but am a big believer in supporting smaller, local businesses where possible.
Website states approximate 7 days delivery and it was a few days longer but after I emailed to enquire I received a reply with a tracking number immediately. 2 days later and its here.

I would suggest the company may want to send out an order acknowledgement as this always makes me feel more confident especially as there are so many rough websites out there but other than that I am completely happy with everything.

Not entirely sure why they are getting such bad reviews on waiting times as it clearly states on the website that its an approximate delivery time not a given.

I can see this company is getting some heat and I can understand why.

I ordered 2 signs for my home which took over 2 weeks to receive. I'm not complaining about the time, but constructively I think the company can improve their proactive customer email communications.

It would not take much to put a note on the order email stating the delivery times or have an automated email go out when the product has been shipped with tracking number.

I think those 2 improvements would solve a lot of negative reviews here.

However, I did email asking when I want likely to receive it and I did get a fast reply with the tracking number and when it arrived it was extremely well packaged and in perfect condition.

The whole shopping experience was seamless. Very easy to use a navigate website with lots of choices.

Messaged the company after about one week from order just to enquire to ask how long the item would take. I knew that these would take a long time, but just out of curiosity, I asked. Shaun replied promptly. He gave me the tracking number and literally two days later it arrived. I didn’t have any notification from the carrier company but it was coming but I was tracking it anyway.

Item arrived and was very well packaged. I’ve got to say, I am over the moon with the sign. For the money spent it is a great investment and looks very classy. I am really happy with it.

I never received my sign. I was never sent any shipping information. After more than two weeks, I asked when it would be received and I was sent a shipping info. Turned out that it had been delivered days before (Parcel2go made no attempt to deliver it to my door) and left in an unsafe location so had either been thrown away (was left next to bins) or stolen. I communicated my dissatisfaction to the company but received no reply (and certainly no offer of a refund).

Ordering process is straightforward with the website design tool , after 10 days , I emailed them for a delivery update which they responded to and I received that week . It arrived very well packaged.

Poor Quality, No Customer Service, Poor Communication, Avoid.

Ordered these signs, they were delivered dripping in a fluid like WD40 to make them look better than they are. The reality is they are covered in machining marks, one of the letters not properly formed and nothing like the quality of the signs I had at my previous property.

This is when the real problems start, there is no customer service. The phone number just rings and is never answered. And emails are not responded to. I asked to return the items for a full refund, but when I ask for a postage label I am just ignored.

I would recommend if you are looking for slate signs to get them from somewhere else, as these are far worse quality than anything else I have seen. I think they have the attitude of they decide if they are alright or not, and if you don't like it you can suck it up.

I will be reclaiming the cost through Barclaycard.

Where do I start. They promise a 5 day working day turnaround for their bespoke goods. Working day 11 came around and still nothing. I then asked them to cancel the order, only for them to contact me three days later to say the item had shipped. When the item arrived, it was poorly packaged and smashed to pieces. They asked me to ship the smashed item back to them at my cost! Still currently awaiting a full refund. To all those who take note of reviews on Trustpilot……Never use this company for your house sign needs or any other service they provide.

Don’t waste your time, huge delays, bad customer service, damages because they don’t appear to understand how to package them properly, difficult to get hold of, difficult to communicate with.

Welsh Slate House Signs. Congratulations you have pocketed my money and NOT supplied any goods. Great way to make money in the short term but what is a business without any customers? If you shop either by EBay, Amazon or by placing orders on Welsh Slate House Signs own shop do not spend the money!!

Really very pleased with sign and equally importantly with service received from Shaun; first delivery unfortunately had the corner snapped off, I contacted Shaun (with photo) and he sent a replacement. Quality is excellent and looks really good on my house.

I cannot find fault with Shaun and company. Great communication. Speedy delivery and a 5 star product. It a big big thank you. I would definitely recommend their product and service

So have been following up on the order. Heard nothing for 12 days now. Have rang then on 7 occasions and no one answering. No response to e mails either.
they seam to be very poor and unwilling to communicate with customers. No idea when my order will be delivered. Steer well clear
