Visited Stokers Southport to buy a bed for my elderly brother who is ill and housebound - a difficult errand. Carl Sixsmith was so very helpful, assisted me greatly with his expertise and was genuinely lovely. He made it easier than I had expected. Once again, excellent customer service at this store. I would not go anywhere else and highly recommend the highly professional and genuinely comfortable customer service.

We have ordered a lot of furniture over the last couple of years and all the staff at stokers Southport are so helpful and not pushy in any way , we have dealt with Andrew cleverly on the last two occasions and he’s been excellent really informative and honest , we wouldn’t go anywhere else in the future.

We wanted a new bed and Joe (Tudor) really knew his products and gave very good advice and we did not feel rushed. Quality products.

I recently bought a sofa and two cushions from Stokers Chester and had a genuinely great experience.

A big thank you to Steve Wood, who was incredibly helpful throughout. He gave thoughtful, honest advice, struck the perfect balance between guiding me and giving me space to decide, and stayed completely professional the whole time — even when I turned up armed with my very extensive “mood board”!

Nothing felt pushy, just knowledgeable and genuinely customer-focused service. I’m really pleased with my choices and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both Stokers Chester and Steve in particular.

We visited Stokers Furniture, Chester and, after having browsed the stock without being harassed, we approached one of the sales people, Joe TUDOR, as we had a number of questions. He was very patient and answered all our queries, outlining our options etc.
We then visited other well known furniture stores on the same trading estate but after being pounced upon in virtually every one we gave up and returned home.
We returned to Stokers and again spoke to Joe to clarify some points. Once again he was very patient with us and went through our options. Mainly because of Joe's attitude and service, we placed an order with Stokers for a leather suite. He is an excellent ambassador for the company and a pleasue to do business with.

Stokers was recommended to us for their customer Service. We were not disappointed when we visited the Chester store a few days ago. The store is massive. What was lovely was that the sales staff never pestered when we were just looking. When we needed assistance MARK provided us with a printout of the information, giving us the average pricing for the sofa, dependant on the choice of leather.
We returned to the store 4 days later, and Mark explained everything , about the different leathers, the process of ordering and how to look after the leather sofa and chair we were purchasing. The offer of removing our existing sofa was a relief . We are looking forward to hearing from Mark with updates regarding our sofa order. We were attended to by Mr Mike Williams who was very helpful and friendly without any pressure, so much so that when we visited again we asked for him, and he completed the sale to us very efficiently and we are looking forward to taking delivery of our new sofa very soon.

We visited Stokers Chester after actually already chosing a sofa at another shop on the same retail park. We found a very similar sofa which Stokers were selling alot cheaper with the option of Interest free credit and free delivery (not an option offered at the other retailer!)
We were very impressed with Mike Williams, the sales person who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable without any pressure applied......So much so we revisited Stokers a few weeks later and sought out Mike to complete the purchase on a beautiful sofa. Once again he was very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to the delivery of our new sofa in a few months time. Thank you Stokers and Mike. Hopefully, I will feel the need to write a post delivery 5* review once in receipt of our new sofa.......

I had a great experience purchasing furniture from Stokers in Chester. The salesperson, Peter Thackway was excellent, friendly, approachable, and clearly very knowledgeable about the products, which made choosing the right piece much easier.

The delivery process was just as easy. The team was efficient, courteous, and handled everything with care. They even took away all the packaging, which was a huge help.

Overall, a smooth and enjoyable experience from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them.

Great customer service provided by Joe Tudor. He patiently explained all the mattress options and made sure i tested every mattress suitable for my needs. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

Joe Tudor, the sales executive was friendly, knowledgeable about the product and gave sound advise without being pushy. He then allowed us the time and space to make a decision on the mattress we wanted to purchase.

We have used Stokers in Chester before and have always found it to be excellent for both furniture and beds. We were looking for a corner sofa and the staff (Joe Tudor) have excellent knowledge of the various products on display and made good suggestions as to what would work best for us. There is a huge amount of choice and we’re able to make a selection and place an order. Would certainly recommend.
