Replacement washer/Drier
I contacted Howdens with regard to the replacement of a Washer/Drier that was originally supplied by Howdens some years ago. The person i spoke to was very helpful, and although the model originally supplied was now not available, an alternative was suggested which was also in stock.
A very easy process which i was very happy with.

Amazing customer service from start to finish at Bridgwater…
From start to finish Howdens Bridgwater depot have been absolutely fantastic. Rachel was incredibly patient helping me to design my dream kitchen and has been extremely responsive throughout the installation period whenever materials needed replacing or supplementing. Mark was also brilliant in designing the living area part of our extended kitchen and very helpful throughout. As to my Elmbridge kitchen I am absolutely over the moon with it. The quality is excellent. Despite the extra time it took my fitter to do the skirting like plinth and shaker details on the end of the cabinets it has been absolutely worth it. I cannot praise the Bridgwater Depot team highly enough - every one of their staff who I have had contact with, from design, delivery and ongoing support, have been absolutely amazing. Thank you.

Very pleased with the quality of the interior doors also the service was top draw, the delivery guy even carried all 7 doors up 2 flights of stairs, really impressed.

Excellent service and quality!
The second kitchen I've purchased for my holiday apartments.
I went for the Chelford in Navy the first time and the Chelford in White the second kitchen. Both look great!
I like the Chelford as it has a shaker style but without the woodgrain. So a much easier surface to keep clean. Any fingerprints can be removed easily with multi surface polish. They both look really stylish.
The staff at Bridgwater are super helpful. Paul and Steve particularly. Fast and efficient. Getting quotes, designs and samples to me in super quick time.
I am purchasing my flooring from Howdens now and will be using for all my future kitchens.

Think twice about using again
Manager kept sending stroppy txt to get order, customer was 91 so we had to be careful didn’t stop him texting saying ring Racheal now at 7 o clock at night. Then when delivery arrange various items never got delivered and was told we had to pick them up, even 3 weeks later glass splash back still sitting in the office. Then after I had paid my account ok a couple of days later due to covid I get threatened to be taken to court. Icing on the cake I’m standing in counter area waiting to pay my account I’m wearing a mask and not one other person had one on and the office notice said only 3 people at a time I counted 9 at one time and 5 the rest. So much for looking after customers and staff !!

Quality kitchen quality staff
Just installed our new kitchen and am so pleased with it. Tom from Bridgwater branch planned what was a very awkward kitchen and has done an amazing job. He was also very helpful during installation any extras we needed he got in his car and bought them up. All howdens staff including delivery guys friendly and courteous. Most of all great quality units and appliances everyone who has seen our kitchen has been impressed

Howdens have been great over the years
Howdens have been great over the years. Recently we ordered a complete kitchen and pleased to say that the service from start to finish has been fantastic. Professional, friendly, well priced service throughout, they've been happy to deal with changes, replacements and add-on's which we've had throughout the process. Top quality products and service
Howdens offer excellent products, excellent prices, and their service at Bridgwater cannot be bettered. I would not contemplate another supplier.
