Love every single piece I've bought from them, have bought necklaces, earrings and rings (all silver) and quality of them all is amazing.
I also love the messages behind them, wearing them makes me feel more empowered especially when a man compliments them and I get to educate them on important topics!

I ordered for the first time 4 years ago, and have been ordering once every year since then (i always buy like 8 pieces each time). i have allergy to nickel, so i can assure you that their jewelry are high quality because- my pieces from 4 years ago are still in GREAT condition (and i wear them like 20 days per month at least), and i haven't had any reaction to wearing their pieces.
I really don't understand the bad reviews i saw with only 1 star because I am personally so happy with every piece i have.
congrats to the owner because she created a really good, honest brand with beautiful quality.

I’ve been ordering from howl for many years now and this recent order I had, I received it with missing contents, more than half of my order! I reached out to her via instagram and they responded right away and instructed me to follow the steps.
I am from Canada so shipping takes a while but Ive always loved my jewelry from howl. They have lasted me this long and theyre my go to when I go to vacations as they dont tarnish at all.
Howl fixed my issue and informed me they are resending the missing contents!! Love love love the customer service and even better, i love the jewelries I have! I highly recommend trying them out! You wont regret it!
I accidentally put my old address down and emailed to have it updated. I got a response really quickly and the shipping address was updated then and there. Products arrived in two days and were better quality than i was expecting. Will probs buy from them again.
I bought a one of a kind necklace for my partner and she absolutely loved it. The quality and the attention to detail was fantastic. I strongly recommend their products and will be buying from them again

Ugh, let me tell you about my dreadful experience with Howl Jewellery. It's just BASIC TRASH! I'm kicking myself for not checking the reviews before I wasted my coin on this garbage.
First off, the customer care is an absolute joke!!! I reached out to them about the issue, but it was like talking to a brick wall. No response, no acknowledgment of my concerns - they couldn't care less!
And let's talk about these so-called 'gems.' LOL! More like little shards of pain! I had the misfortune of wearing their Bronte ring, whilst showering. It scratched the skin on my face! Who even sells something that dangerous?
Honestly, I'm disappointed. I should've done my homework and checked the reviews first. Lesson learned, I guess. But I hope my review will save some savvy shopper from falling into the same trap. Don't waste your coin on this crap! Look elsewhere for decent jewellery and a company that actually gives a damn about their customers.
Ordered a necklace, ear cuff, and the travel jewellery case. Case was lovely! Necklace kept catching my hair and tearing chunks out, though, and the chunky Jude ear cuff had way too small an opening to fit on my ear: tried to wear it, got it stuck, and it was really painful to take off. Left a review on their website on request, which they declined to publish a couple days after as I 'wasn't a real customer'. Can't help but think that was to avoid having negative feedback on the site! At that price point and with that behaviour, wouldn't purchase again!
I recieved a faulty pair of earrings and their response?-to fix them myself!? no apology or offer of a refund or replacement when requested. Only when i mentioned contacting trading standards have they changed their tune and reluctantly offered refund but only after they have put a claim in for royal mail, now blaming them for the damage! Will not accept responsibility as its easier to blame others. Absolute nightmare to deal with and very unreasonable. a shame as I like to support small business but with that attitude they have done themselves no favours and lost a customer.
