It clearly stated 'claims made within the past 5 years. '
Unprofessional, scandalous sales. Had another bad deal with them 15 years ago. Haven't changed.

Car insurance purchase
My car insurance was due for renewal.
I spoke to Patricia who was so helpful in talking me through every detail, I was more than happy with service so decided to go ahead with purchase as I was changing over from another insurer I was currently with who was quoting over £200 more.
