I am a Citizen of Kenya living in Nairobi and the Founder of a Startup that specializes in TV Antennas. I applied for a Grant whereby $7000 was approved and I paid $10 Registration fees.

I was then notified that the Grant was approved and was even encouraged to make my first Withdrawal to my local Bank Account in Kenya. I made the first withdrawal of $2000 and according to the Time frame I was given , I was expecting the money to arrive in my Bank Account on 24th April 2026 but a message came notifying me of Withdrawal failure at the Intermediary Banking Network. I was advised to put on pause all Transactions that were relying on the Grant.

The difficult part was that in my application for the Grant I did state that part of the Grant was going to facilitate my Daughter's admission to the College while the rest was to be invested in my Startup which was to continue generating income to pay for my Daughter's Studies. College Schedules have no space to wait for the funds to be released and therefore I sent a mail to the Admin requesting them to find a way of helping me but a few weeks after a silence with no response I tried to login to the Credentials they shared but I noticed that access was denied.

I hereby make this appeal to you, please reinstate my Login Credentials and see how you will help me get the funds because my Daughter is already late by 2 Months.

HCI went ahead and suspendes all accounts due for disbursement. All all annual reports do not download or open. Anyone who has ever received funding let us know.

My last email from them, after a long time ago, and they have not been answering emails. This is what they sent me: Status Update: Your withdrawal request has been marked as failed following a processing delay.

Fee 13 iusd and looking for grant... scum...... don't send eant some meat

It's a scam!!!After all stages of application review and approval of funds they go silent and funds are never disbursed.

I think this doesn't not exist really I have tried doing all back ground check the think loos to legit but I think I have to give up just becoming hopeless over such staff and this is my last application for grants. It started as hopefull but in the end am disappointed imagine after all the phases of membership fee payment, approval, reviews and varifications at the end the bank transfer portal stays at failed transfer . Tried calling the availed contact is also null and with no reply on several emails sent on the organization email address and support .
Therefore I think I might be a victim of scammed individual.
Kindly inform us what is the wright way or nothing like grants exist .

i cannot justify nor can i refute but iam hoping on getting user experiance with this organisation

Seems not legitThey have an online grant application form open throughout.When someone applies for their grant and is successful,They send you an approval email for the grant along with a preliminary contract where you are asked to pay membership fee and this fee is called norminal fee which is not refundable.Upon pament of the fee as required by Humanity Calls International,They then inform you of your company being registered in their membership,Then they send you a bank transfer portal which will keep on showing you only failed transactions until just give up.I don't recommend it to any person
