Avoid this nanny agency…
Consistent with other negative reviews on platforms like Facebook and GoogleMaps, our experience with this agency was disappointing and raised real concerns about the thoroughness of the vetting and due-diligence processes.
In our case, the service did not reflect the level of professionalism, care, or safeguarding we expected from a specialist childcare agency — either in the information provided before the placement or in the support offered once issues emerged. The way problems were handled left us feeling unprotected and without the reassurance a family should receive when placing a nanny through a paid agency.
Based on our experience, and especially where babies or young children are involved, I would strongly advise approaching this agency with caution.
