I bought a Hydrate water bottle in December 2025. It started leaking in February 2026. There is no way of contacting them to get a replacement or refund.Avoid this bunch of shysters like the plague.
The product doesn’t do as advertised. It’s a messy process to apply so I bought products to assist.

I did not receive my order. I could not get in touch with the company for months. Finally, I lost patience and requested a chargeback on my credit card. Hydrte had the nerve to challenge this, despite me submitting email after email that went unanswered. Credit card company paid me anyway. Avoid at all costs, scam!
I ordered a bottle at beginning of August. Money taken straight away no bottle delivered and no reply to three emails. I will be contacting my bank as this stinks of fraud.

AVOID ! This is FRAUD ! I ordered 2 bottles. They debited my account right away the same day but never sent the order. I wrote multiple emails that remained totally ignored. No telephone number to contact the company. I regret I haven't read the reviews before I buy from them. If I am not credited back in the coming 2 days, I will notify this website to the fraud department as it seems I am not the only one to be in this situation. We need to stop them.
I hate to leave poor reviews but I ordered several bottles a few weeks ago. One is leaking after one use and one exploded because they aren’t suitable for carbonated water (no warning on the packaging though). I have emailed them several times to try to get this resolved but have not got a reply. Shame because the concept is great.
This company is really unprofessional
Ordered water flavour 2 sets and send it to the wrong address. After multiple email trying to get help to solve the issue got no answer.. Their customer service is non existant. I want a refund.

Was gifted a Hydrte water bottle for Christmas. It’s faulty and leaks from the base. They’ve ignored multiple emails, messages and instagram comments asking for help with organising a replacement. Abysmal customer service. I wonder if they’ve gone under given other comments of orders never being fulfilled and no communications from the customer service team?
SCAM I purchased two…expensive. Now leaking after a couple of months. Emailed but been ignored. Not worth money
Ordered a bottle as an Xmas present for my wife. Bottle never came and Hydrte customer service is not replying to my emails. Looks like I’m not the only one that has experienced this. This is theft, and I’ll be following this up in small claims court if they do not reply to my next few emails. Avoid the hassle and don’t buy from them…
This company is a con. They have taken my money and not sent the product. When you try to raise the issue with them they simply ignore your emails
Was supposed to be 2 day shipping. Sent an enquiry after a week and they said they would sort it out. 20 days later still have not received the product although they happily took the money for it. Read the other reviews online and stay away from this company.
My order was not delivered. Upon taking it up with customer service they initially told me it was my problem. Upon pushing back they refused to send a replacement and took days to reply. For a startup business you would think customer satisfaction would be a priority
