Very helpful, provided great insight!

I enrolled in a Level 5 420 - hours TEFL Cource. I paid the deposit of R99. I went through the Introduction of the course and wrote a test without making notes or giving it a read through again. I scored less than 75% - so I went through it again and wanted to write the test, but something went wrong, sent 2 mails - chatted with Jess and Robbie and no one could assist - and the waiting time is 72 hours? That is ridiculous and that was sent on the 29/09/2025 - still no one even tried to contact me to resolve the matter. I will not pay the next premium if this is not sorted out. Very DISAPPOINTING!!

It was fairly easy to find the information and on live chat Victor Alves was extremely helpful and arranged a call to confirm the booking and make payment. He went through various options and what I could do next.
After sales was also great, getting in touch after the booking to explain who to contact and to offer his assistance if required.

Money hungry. Very disappointed to have been lied to. I was promised, over the phone with confirmation via email, that if I do not complete the course on time that I would not have to pay further. Now they're asking me to enrol again and pay again. I will not be paying again. Disgusting level of morals and business ethics.

Callum was amazing helping me set up. Answering all my questions regards to the different coarses and it was done with a lot of patience and respect. Thank you Callum for everything. You made me excited for this new chapter in my life.

I love the amount of feedback and the use of step-by-step instructions to help proceed with the necessary steps that I need to take. The feedback is consistent and immediate which helps me a lot.

Fantastic customer service.
I required assistance in replacing a lost certificate from a course I completed almost 20 years ago.
The response via email was fast and within two weeks I received a PDF of my certificate.

The consultant was very friendly and helpful. I even obtained clarity on questions that I have had for a long while. A pleasant experience!

I was connected to Sam. He dealt with a rather complex issue I experienced during sign up.
He dealt with my issue very professionally and with great patience.
This is my 3rd enrolment with i2i and have never experienced a problem before. Seems that because I signed up with a new email for this course the system got confused between my old and new log in details.
But Sam identified the problem quickly and dealt with it efficiently.
I would most certainly reccomend i2i for TEFL training as they have always provided me with an excellent service and support.

I took the course back in 2009. I loved it. Lessons were very hepflul and the support staff were accessible as well the tutors. I’ve recently had the opportunity to use the certification, however I misplaced my hard copies in some moves. I was able to contact support staff and even all these years later, they were able to supply me with a reprint of my certificates. thank-you!

The instructions were clear and concise.
The communication about what follows after payment is helpful.

I enrolled for the 300 hour course.
However, an error occurred during the enrollment process and although the payment was successful, I was not receiving the email needed to begin my learning.

I spoke to a wonderful advisor, Victor, who provided fantastic support.
Victor was very professional yet friendly and reassuring and, with the help of the customer service team, my account was up and running within the hour.
