Thank you Kiera for your prompt responses to my emails. I had an issue not receiving my certificate. I was agitated and stressed and ready to fight but the way you handled the situation....thanks❤️💯For making a stressful situation, less stressful 🙏

Some hiccups the last few times/months/years/moments of communication but in the past definitely five stars....a great organisation with a caring outlook (or seemed that way at least in the pat) and management...they have changed a lot and i have only registered recently for the millionth time so it remains to be seen but for now they get 4, based on past interactions.

JESS C quickly analyzed my need and provided the assistance that I needed in a professional and timely fashion. She could have easily delegated the task to the appropriate department, however she personally resolved my issue. This is a testament to her work ethics and dedication to I to I TEFL.

I have emailed, I think it’s been 11 days ago for help and have not heard anything. Very disappointing.

The person who helped me, Aaron, was super helpful, very reassuring and kind. He helped me with the start of my courses making it very easy!!

I am very pleased with the service that I have recieved.Mr Aaron was so kind and Patient with me , and I was not overwhelmed at all. He explain everything nicely and even offered to wait for me to get home so that I could gather all my details . I am glad to have interacted with him . He is doing a great job and I pray that many more potential TEFL teachers are reached by him.

I signed up for my TEFL certificate with i-to-i thinking it would be a smooth, professional experience but it’s been nothing short of a nightmare. I set my own goal to finish by August because I needed the certificate for a job I had already secured. Instead, the endless back-and-forth with tutors and the painfully slow feedback process cost me that opportunity. Feedback takes weeks (sometimes 2–3 weeks) instead of the promised 7 days and when it finally arrives, it’s vague and generic until you pay again to extend your access! My subscription expired in September 2025, I paid to extend it and now (November 2025) they’re asking for another payment just to see my feedback again. 💔
It’s been five months of waiting, paying, and hoping and I still don’t have my certificate. I’m unemployed now because of this delay. I feel scammed and deeply disappointed. i-to-i should be honest about how long the process really takes and the extra costs involved. All my time, effort and money have gone down the drain. 😭

I don’t think I’ll continue with this because it looks like it’s a never ending cycle of extensions.

This company is very helpful, their customer service is responsive and so helpful I had so much fun learning with them and I'm so excited that I finally got my certificate! Thanks I-to-I I really appreciate it!

Jacob Howard called me when I was still wondering how to navigate some details. He cleared it up. When I had a snag in filling out the form he called again and reassured me.
I am also impressed with the learning material. I'm very excited to continue my journey with TEFL

They made the process easy to understand, Answered every question I had and while talking over the phone I was certain that I made a good decision in applying.

I completed my course a couple of years ago and lost my e-certificate and access to my account due to an email change.

I sent an email to i-to-i asking for assistance in the matter and they responded in a timely manner with my e-certificate.

Great (even after years) after sales service.
