IC Property Avis 

As a property professional, I have used the services of IC Property on a number of occasions in both selling and as a landlord requiring property management.
The property managemnt team of Jess, Sharon & Jasmine are not only efficient but very plaesant to deal with.

IC Property have been managing some of our properties for over 5 years now. Friendly staff and professional service always.

I've never been disappointed with the service I received from IC Property. I've mainly dealt with Sharon in the past but also been looked after by Jess. The whole company has a can do attuite which is why I have been with them since 2013. They respond to issues with utter urgency and always take the time to explain everything. IC Property is a friendly estate agency that I have used for almost three years now. They have specialised people for all aspects of their services.

IT property's best practice is to keep their clients well informed and up to date with progress.

As a land lord I worked with Mr. Murat Topkuoglu who finds and vets would be tenants. He understands their needs, matches their requirements against available properties and for letting cases he matches the requirements of both the landlords and the tenants to end up with a winning contract.

I also dealt with Ms. Sharon Atwal who deals with registrations and legal matters. She is efficient and knows her area very well.

To a less extent I do receive regular accounting notifications from Mr. Hakan Yilmaz, and I only receive communications from Ms. Jessica Gumus and Ms. Jasmin Holdershow about matters relating to the property and follow-ups. However the entire team work together very well, and they always manage to resolve my issues whether it is in their area of specialisation or not.

I recived fantastic care and support during the process of renting the flat. Jasmine and Murat have outstanding approach to service they provide. Very helpful and professional team.

Excellent /friendly/honest company of people thorough and quick to help recommend to anyone.
