I ordered the wrong ring size, and inkgility response was fast to solve the problem. Now I will have my new ring in time to a event for next week. Great coordination and customer service.

I worked for Fred for 2 months photographing food for a new brand when the chef quit because he found a new job in a management position that worked him less than Fred would. When he quit I was put onto a "unpaid furlough", after asking when my last day of pay would be when on Salary I was notified he was going to roll back the days so he could pay me less. When I notified him that was "illegal" I was told to "take him to court" and was never paid the $1,000 he owed me, nor did he pay the chef who quit.

Love their products. I wouldn't go anywhere else for all your marketing needs.

Although I'm still waiting on replacement for the incorrect size, so far they have been helpful. Will update this review once I've received my replacement.

I found Inkgility on Instagram, I was totally blown away with their next level logo and business cards. I reached out to them, and very happy with the logo art work I received.

So happy, that I am having them make another logo for my other business.

I have used them for a number of projects over the past 5 years & love all they have provided me. I have had a few mishaps this year- supposedly because of the pandemic but overall their products are unmatched & worth the wait. Consider me a customer forever.

Working with their design team was a seamless process & even with the current pandemic they were able to ship my order to me overseas relatively quickly.

When the order came I noticed a slight mistake in the printing compared to the artwork I had approved, so I contacted their customer service team via their website's Live Chat, and they were able to confirm the mistake with their art department & swiftly started a new order for me; completely free, of course, because the mistake wasn't mine.

I received the corrected order within a couple of weeks & I couldn't be happier with the end result.

I would 110% recommend Inkgility if you are looking for somewhere to get tailor made business cards & other print products.

I ordered a group of business cards from this company in July and still haven't recieved the merchandise...it's now November. There is no real contact in order to check on status of order it's all computerized responses. Scam and rip off. Order at your own risk.

If you want unmatched quality, go with them!

Inkgility has delivered the best business cards I have ever had. They do need to improve their ordering interface though but they do provide an excellent product.

Best company out there for my branding and marketing needs for my restaurant. They built me a website, printed my cards, flyers, menus, sidewalk signs, and best of all provided me with an amazing logo.

Man... i have been trying to get in contact with someone about my cards i ordered 2 months ago and they keep trying to give me the run around. I am not happy at all i expect after 2 month they would have my cards ready I’m launching my business and were counting on them to deliver they have not deliver as promise and their response time is way too long on email...

Recently purchased my first set of business cards from Inkgility and I was thrilled when they arrived. The quality far exceeded my expectations and way better than any other business card I have received from other people.

I love the fact that they have so many different options. I also received my order in a very timely manner.

I have done business with Inkgility multiple times and have referred them to personal and professional colleagues.
However, my most recent purchase on 5/28 has been riddled with issues and lies. Being fully aware of the economic impact on businesses, I gave extra time and patience. However, when the communication ceased and later the lies - I lost all trust and faith in the company.
Sure, they make a wonderful and unique business card. But know that if my experience is anything like what you might come to expect as of late, the company is far from worth Doing business with.
I started to reach out towards the end of June inquiring about the small order I placed. There was no response. It was after multiple attempts and several days before I got my first response on Facebook which was simply a “yes” when I had to ask if they were even still in business! Then more days go by before I got a response from Instagram where I was told my order was in process and will be received “next week”. This was on 7/7. After it has not arrived, I started back chasing them down on email and social media again. And again, nothing... after a few days I got a response on Facebook where I was told “it’s now in production” and again “I’ll receive it next week. This was on 7/16. They proceeded to tell me that orders can take 7-10 business days... Laughable! It was 37 business days at the time of this message.
I received 2 apologies and was told that I will receive my tracking in 2 days and subsequently my package no later than Wednesday. Well I did get my tracking yet by Tuesday it showed that the item never shipped. So I reached out AGAIN. No response. Several messages over several platforms for several days and nothing.
The funniest part, is I can see that they’ve read my messages. This is a blatant disregard of empathy and customer service.
