The card is cool except the tap function doesn't work on any phone and I use tap to pay so I know my phone is capable. When I emailed support they basically told me to just use the qr code as that is sufficient. 8wanted the tap technology just because it makes it souch easier. I guess I'm just not a big enough client or something so they don't want to figure out why it doesn't work or fix it..,

this person was very patient with me and able to answer all of my questions. how ever i feel like i had more questions than necessary so perhaps your website could do a better job at explaining things? in any event i was grateful for being able to have the assistance i needed in order to make the decisions i needed to make. having your chatnow button is a really great asset for you and i'm sure pays for itself.

Terrible product and customer service.
I ordered their card, it does not work on my iPhone 11 pro. Contact their customer service multiple times but they just dont answer your emails.

Great product. Very innovative and works as it should. Had a very very smooth customer service experience as well when I made a user error and linked by unit to the wrong username. I email support and they had it fixed by the next day. Will definitely be buying more

I have had my card for about 8 months now, and love it. Every time I put it on someone's phone, they are completely amazed at how much information I have on it. Will be purchasing more in the future, and possibly one of the rings.

EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE, LENGTHY WAIT TIMES AND ABSOLUTELY FRAUD! TOOK OVER $1000 CANADIAN, FAILED TO DELIVER PRODUCTS. WHEN ASKED FOR A REFUND, AGREED TO ISSUE REFUND BUT DID NOT RETURN ANY MONIES OWED TO OUR COMPANY. FRAUD! BUYER BEWARE, STAY FAR AWAY!!! REPORTED TO THE BANK AS FRAUD.

I reached out inquiring about their products and discussed a few options with one of their representatives. They were extremely helpful and accommodating and due to my situation offered to expedite my products out to me. Would recommend to all small businesses looking for an alternative sources to paper business cards.

Perhaps the sexiest business accessory everyone should have! I purchased the ring version...its elegant, unassuming and works as it was intended!

When I interface with potential new clients I will usually pull out a standard business cards and then ask if the individual has Apple Pay or Android Pay on their phone. If they say yes I say give me a second I’ll save you some typing... take out the ideal card and when all my info populates for them to save in one click - I’ve yet to have one person say anything but “wow that’s incredible” in some form or fashion. If you’re doubting spending money on this then I’d reconsider your choice not to because it could be the difference between a call or not later on. Most cards people hand me I lose or throw away. Sort off hard to lose information when you watch someone save it in front if you. Genius idea, end of story.

This company has the worst customer service of any company I have worked with recently. They do not provide a live person to address issues and they cannot even respond directly to questions asked via email. To make matters worse their email response time is atrocious. I would NOT recommend them to anyone and frankly, I am on the cusp of canceling my order.

Not only did they apologize for the mistake, they sent a new card free of charge with expedited shipping, they also had me keep the card they had mistakenly sent.
