Top Notch Quality Products and Great Customer Service from Inkgility.

Always pleased with my marketing materials from Inkgility. They are very high quality and help me represent my company at a very top level. In the past when I've had any issues, they've always fixed them at no additional cost to me.

Absurd not to choose INKGILITY!

They are amazing in every way imaginable.

Their print quality is excellent and second to none! Very clever template choices with great designs!

I've heard great things about their Ideal Card, as well, can't wait to try them.

Awful company and awful customer service. I left a review on Facebook, but as you can see, they removed that section due to how many negative reviews they had.

Ordered a card in November. Still have no received it. Emailed them 4-5 times and only received 1 email back. Poor company that won’t survive. I want my money back.

They're lucky to even be getting 1 star from me. They're a fraudulent company. Here's why:

- They use a sneaky, slimy tactic by putting "no app required" all over their website/content/ads/packaging. On a hidden secret page, in the fine print, it says an app IS required if you have a phone older than an iPhone XS (Which is the majority of people that own smartphones). Thats such a messed up thing to do to people. That's how you get negative reviews like this one...so there's problem 1.

- I ordered a ring & a card. For some ridiculously stupid reason, they are making these items on a per-order basis. That means you have to wait two weeks for it to even get made. TWO WEEKS (MINIMUM)....TO MAKE A PIECE OF PLASTIC...super sketchy...then you have to wait another few weeks for it to arrive

-I ordered a size 9 ring. my other size 9 rings fit me fine, but this ring is too small. They messed up their ring sizes......thats a BIG red flag.So now im out $120CAD & they refuse to give me a refund or swap the rings. They no longer answer emails - SCAM.

- Shipping cost is insanely expensive. They charged $30 (american currency) per item. that means i had to pay $60 american = $78CAD for me.

- they shipped the items together, so i contacted them to get half the shipping cost refunded to me. I had to email them 4 times for them to answer. Every email thread i had with them would just stop when i asked about the shipping refund. They should be able to afford a $30 refund.....they're making tons of money off this.

- no money back guarantee or warranty: you break it, game over. too bad. there goes your investment. They're flimsy plastic cards and the ring is plastic too...

- Don't even get me started on the customer service. I'm in marketing, & I know customer service & reviews can make or break a company (everyone reads reviews), and they're digging themselves into a DEEP hole here...they ignore half your emails, and don't return calls. they only care about their bottom line. they don't care at ALL about the consumer.

DO NOT purchase something from this company. They give off a really sketchy vibe, like a scammy vibe. They're not really that trustworthy. But hey, if you wanna purchase their products, go ahead. Don't say i didnt warn you.

I was waiting for a long time for my ring but they were able to resolve this problem fast

Ordered my car 2 1/2 months ago. Still have not received card. October 10th

Customer Service says they are having trouble with cards and would send me an upgraded card but never received.

Now they do not answer emails.

We ordered business cards more than a month ago. Agreed on the delivery date for November 5th in the USA. From November 3rd, I wrote to them everywhere to confirm delivery. but they didn’t answer me until November 9th. I decided to write a review about them here. what was immediately a reaction. They asked remove and return money. what I asked for if they are ready to send them to me in Portugal where I live. agreed on this. Yesterday I asked if the order was sent to me? to which they replied that the order would be sent at the end of the week, I still need to pay for shipping. as I understand it, normal companies making a mistake for 15 days do not ask for some miserable 10-15 bucks for delivery. but they send it themselves and apologize for such a delay. since if they, as agreed, were sent on time, then I would not have paid customs and delivery. they decided to keep silent. and are still silent. although they already have working hours. return our money !!!! I have not seen such an impudent service !!!

Although there are numerous companies that sell business cards for cheaper, the quality and impact of Inkgility's cards are unmatched.

The reaction from my colleagues and clients makes the cost 100% worth it! I am obsessed and will continue to order my cards with Inkgility!

Inkgility offered me recycled  options for business cards, flyers, and brochures & I couldn't be happier... Kudos to them for providing their customers with recyclable options!

Ordered some wooden business cards from them, the quality was high, and the process from start till product arrived mail was flawless. I am so happy overall, that im going to order more, this time a new design for another company of mine. I truly recommend Inkgility! Rais your impression with help from this guys! 👍

Great customer service for my Ideal Card order. I needed the card for a convention within a week and the inkgility team was very helpful in getting the card to me within just a few days of ordering.

ABSOLUTELY AN UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS. I order my card on Sep 24th and Today is Oct 29th and I haven't received my card. They charge me $5 for the delivery and the sent the card with USPS and the card never delivered. When I tried to contact them, first, there is no one to answer your call, second, when I emailed them they told me to file a claim with your post office and they never answer my emails after that point. JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM!!!
