I’ve purchased 3 logos from inkgility in the past 2 years. I’m a very picky person but they were very attentive and efficient when working with me!

I am a third time client and every time I have been impressed with your service. The representative stayed on the phone with me to make sure every thing was sent correctly. He was great.

This company is not creditable! After ordering cards that I previously paid $320 for, I went on their site directly to order the same cards. At that time they released an invoice for $465. The first question is why would I pay more for the cards than I previously paid?

I began to ask the questions but they couldn’t seem to find my original invoice. After providing it to them they managed to find it. The representative went back and forth with me via text being very disrespectful and crude in regard to my order so I left it alone.

I was then contacted by another representative who stated there must have been a mix up. I stated that there was not a mix up but I would like the design for my card (which I paid for because I was going elsewhere). At that time they then tried to charge me $200 for the design that I previously paid for. I asked to see that in an agreement. They responded, “What agreement.” I stated the agreement where I says I need to pay an additional $200 dollars for my own design profile. They responded, “Have a good weekend.” They are only trying to get money out of their clients in any way they think they can. Do not use this company!!! They are rude, disrespectful and have no customer Service!!! You will pay for over priced business cards, and when you want to go elsewhere they hold on to your stuff!

Waited two weeks to resolve a design issue and was unable to a get logo design I like, they wanted me to accept what they felt was a "Good Logo Design", my time is very valuable I wish they would have just said they can not do the type of design I requested instead prolonging the process and I end up with "NOTHING",

Ordered a plastic material business card. Nice design but crappy material. I expected a much more higher quality but it feels like regular paper. They also messed up on my address and it took 2 months to finally get it

My logo was great!!! I was a little suspect at first due to how good the prices were when comparing other companies but they hit the nail on the head. My athletes loved the logo and they incorporated everything that I wanted.
