Ordered business cards from them with 5-9 business days to make and I paid for express 1 day shipping. It took over a month to get to me and shipping took a couple of days after they sent tracking. When I asked why it took so long and why I didn't get the express shipping they said there were issues on their end they couldn't explain and told me too bad. When I asked for a refund for the shipping they told me to email them and proceed to ignore my emails. The cards were also not the best quality and not what was advertised. They were definitely not worth what they charge. I'd recommend going elsewhere.

I think the concept of the ideal card is good but the instructions are lacking. It never told me I had to have NFC on when I used the product. And it was stated that when I bought this I wouldn't need any special apps, but when I got it in the mail it said that I would need and app for iPhone. Some of the links don't work properly for ideal.bio.

They did have a friendly customer service a agent that said he would look into the link thing for me.

I’m almost lost for words with these products. I swear by it. I’m on my 5th product and refuse to try anything else. The customer service is outstanding. Even with mistakes on my part they go above and beyond. It’s beyond rare to see a company do this anymore. The quality alone is what really keeps me coming back. I literally don’t know another company who’s covering all aspects of networking the way they do.

I gave them one star because I’ve seen them do some really nice work. That was not my experience however.

I received my cards and over 100 of them were damaged.

Inkgility provides me with artwork before creating the cards and I was very happy about it.

Once I received them , the logo design and Colours didn’t not match what I was shown. I can barley see my logo on the card because they used a white background instead of the grey that I had asked for. The logo was suppose to have blue writing and they switched it up from blue fading into white.

I contacted them several times and they ignored me. Then I commented on Their Instagram posts to get their attention and the emailed me saying that if I paid them another $100.00 USD they would correct everything. Keep in mind , I spent $400.00 to have these made and they wouldn’t do anything about the shipping damage.

After I responded to their email, they blocked me on Instagram and I assume they flagged my number because they won’t pick up my calls

I ordered two sets of business cards from inkgility- one made of metal (powered with their ideal card technology) & the other made of wood.

I was blown away by the outstanding quality of the cards and the design.

Their design team worked diligently with me over a period of two weeks via email in creating the perfect design for my cards. I am very satisfied with my order and can't wait to pass these bad boys out.

Oh and the metal cards have their ideal card technology, so people
I meet can just tap their phones with my card and get my contact info instantly transferred- very high tech stuff. The future of business cards if you ask me.

This is a HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!! Don't let the pretty pictures fool you!! They are OVERPRICED considering the HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU RECEIVE!! I am still waiting on an order from NOVEMBER!!! Every time I send an email they tell me I'll receive the tracking number this week, today, etc. THERE IS NO EXCUSE!! There are CLOWNS running this organization! I PLACED AN ORDER OVER 6 MONTHS AGO and was told as recent as yesterday that I'll receive my tracking number today....I NEVER RECEIVED IT!!!

Please Do not buy here ! they gave me a run around for over a month and I still never got our order. How long does it take to print plastic business cards? It’s sure he’ll is not more than a month if they charged $175. Mickey Mouse business with horrible costumer service

The gentleman I chatted with was very helpful. The customer service that I received was beyond exceptional. They were very attentive and also responsive to any request or question that I had.

They did awesome awesome work. My business cards turned out perfect. Even better than I anticipated. They were very professional and transparent. They did quality work and I’m more than satisfied with the finished product

The company is not trustworthy and unreliable. They charged double price for the logo design than the shown on their website, provided that it will end up at this price.

They charged double the promised time to submit a first draft, which turned to be totally irrelevant to the specifications we requested and the example logos we provided. The second draft that came after long waiting, was even worse, and very basic that can be done similarly on Microsoft office. They lack the creativity required for new logos.

I requested a multi color logo, but I can hardly get a two color basic ugly versions, that seemed logos of old centuries.

I finally decided to accept the first draft as it looked better, to use it temporarily, with a decision to make a new design later with another company, because requesting another design requires additional payment, and I cannot pay more for unsatisfying designs. However, I also had to wait long days to receive the files!

They were simply amazing before receiving the payment in their quick responses, but unbelievably non professionals later on.

Very professional and great quality! High recommend!
