Maxence has been a fantastic help with my medical care. I have seen him for a range of different health issues, his vast experience and knowledge has been invaluable and also lead to a key diagnosis that has allowed me to access further vital care I need. He has always been patient and gone out of his way to explain things clearly and been attentive whenever I had questions which helped a lot with my own understanding of my health and eased my anxiety.
Max was very friendly excellent from my initial and follow up email enquiry, phone pre-appointment to assess my suitability, during the appointment and in ‘after-care’, spending time patiently answering my questions throughout as well as offering advice and possible next steps of treatment.
He really took the time to listen patiently and to assess me thoroughly before even beginning the ultrasound scan and injection. He spent time explaining the ultrasound as he performed it, and even went out of his way to assess another pain spot I experience even though it wasn’t a scheduled part of the appointment. The procedure itself was swift and painless.
Even though I don’t live local to Max’s practice, I will not hesitate to recommend him to people and would definitely go back to him if it was appropriate.
Hopefully the results of the scan and injection with Max, as well as his guidance and advice, have pointed me in the right direction to finally get a resolution to my ongoing chronic pain. Thank you Max!
Max is an excellent therapist. He takes time to assess the situation and treat it appropriately. The improvements in my foot and knee after steroid injections are such a relief that last for several months.
Max at MSKInsight provided a thorough and excellent diagnosis. He is an expert in his field and has his client's best interests at heart. I respect his honesty and professionalism. I arranged to have an ultrasound-guided injection. Once he had done the preliminary scan, he explained that my issue was different to my given diagnosis, gave his diagnosis and said the injection wouldn't help, saving me an unnecessary expense and false hope. Furthermore, he contacted my NHS physio and provided them with recommendations for the best treatment.
Maxence was excellent and discovered exactly what the issue was which was causing my pain... after months of seeing other practitioners, he was spot on in only one session. I highly recommend him and his practice.
Maxence the musculoskeletal medicine specialist was great, he made me feel comfortable & helped me with one treatment for my shoulder labrum tear. After just a few days I felt greater than I’ve been in years with my shoulder. He is a gentleman & a true professional. I would definitely recommend seeing him if you’re looking for pain management.

Max listened to my full back story before offering really helpful advice on possible courses of action. I'd got in touch with him because the NHS had repeatedly failed me both with advice offered and time taken for referrals which led nowhere. I feel confident that, should I wish to take the next steps to treat my condition, I'd be better off with Max than in the NHS stream.
