One star is to good a score with what i experienced with this company, because i received precisely zero from them. I was looking for a Chord electric guitar and spent over a week looking. This company had advertised this guitar on ebay over that week and so i ordered the guitar from them and they accepted my payment. The next day they sent a message via ebay stating that their supplier had none in stock and did i want a refund. I responded by asking them how could they advertise an item they did not have for over a week?. I also told them of course i want a refund. I received a message from them this morning confirming the refund which would take 3-5 days. At that point i was happy as i could be, but that disappeared when i read the reason this company gave for the cancellation. In effect they blamed me saying "customer cancelled". I realised the email they had sent previousely was deliberately designed to absolve their mistake by saying i had instigated the cancellation. In that email they stupidly asked if i wanted to cancel the order, well what else could i do if they could not supply the item ordered?. So they falsley advertised an item they did not have, and then falsely claimed i had instigated the cancellation. How disingenuous can a combany get with how they handled this? This was not customer service but an excercise in covering themselves. Unfortunately for them they are in breach of contract and ebay does not protect them from that, and which was the reason they dealt with it in the way they did. I will be pursuing them for breach of contract,and as my solicitor told me the element of false misrepresentation on two occasions will not help them.

The pc is incredible. So quiet, you might not know it was on if the powered up light wasn't there.
I've paired my i9 with an i820 interface. Looking forward to years of fun!

Very very disappointed in this company I ordered a pair of wireless microphones after 6 weeks the recoever went faulty after many emails I sent and when eventually they replied my ebay guarantee was void I had to go through the company I had to pay x amout of postage to them amd many many more emails on if they gonna repair or replace or issue a refund they neverr message me again and still.waoting won't get anything else from the company I fo normally buy lots of audio equipment off ebay

New pc much faster than old Dell xps in loading plugins. Everything is much more snappy. Great computer at a great price.

After shopping around I found Inta Audio to be very competitive on price point and technical specs.
I brought a customised I9 Evo Ultima music pc. The communication was great and the pc delivered in about 7 days.
The pc was well packed and bar some foam removal was ready to roll.
Lastly it's a great machine and I would definitely use inta audio again.

This is a really good option and so far I'm impressed with my Ultra 9 PC from Inta Audio. It's whisper quiet and lightning fast. My old Ryzen 5 machine had become slow and glitchy for Cubase. The amount I paid would put me into entry level Mac Studio terrain but I think this is a better option, with four times the storage on each drive and more than double the RAM. I know you can upgrade the studio at purchase but the cost is horrendous and it's not really upgradeable thereafter. It's unlikely I'll need to upgrade this but it's extremely customisable both during the purchase process and later. I can double the RAM (64GB) and add extra drives with comparative ease. The large cabinet and cooling system means that it runs cool. Also you have support available for any minor teething issues you might face. If you are considering a new music PC give Inta Audio a try. Not only are they more than competitive than most of their rivals, they are way more so than Mac. It's a revelation to have all my software run so smooth and fast.

Great service and a fantastic tower PC, unpacked set it up connected all the peripherals I use and switched on, to my surprise it was all configured and all I had to do was load my drivers for the recording bits. I have not had one crash during recording. Very happy and would recommend Inta Audio company for your next PC.

Awful experience.

I bought a complete 6 ceiling speaker setup. Having had a slight delay while the speakers have been professionally installed, it is apparent that 2 of the 6 speakers do not work. They play at about 20% of the volume so it throws off the balance in the entire room.

Contacting Inta for an exchange they have got me to return the speakers at my expense. They then ‘tested’ the speakers and stated they have sent them back. Guess what- they still don’t work. So now my options are - 1) have two holes in the ceiling or 2) only play 4 of the 6 speakers so we do not have surround sound. What Inta audio have not worked out is that this now makes the entire setup and all 6 speakers redundant.

A very costly mistake. I clearly won’t be using them again and advise anyone that reads this not to.

I found them pleasant and insightful until there was an issue.

I would go so far as to say I have always been concerned about this potential issue when buying from an online retailer that I do not know which is why I always check trustpilot. I have delayed orders etc but nothing that has prompted me to write such a negative review.

If you choose to go ahead with your purchase from Inta just hope whatever you buy works as the customer support on faulty items does not exist in my experience.
