Inta Audio Avis

This is our 3rd purchase from this company and yet again it was great service, speedy delivery. Would recommend and have used again.

Great service, item delivered on time and is 'just the job'

As a pub group, we've worked with Audio Volt for our audio systems, and we couldn't be happier with the quality of their products and services. Their systems have significantly elevated the ambiance in our venues, delivering outstanding sound quality that perfectly suits our needs.

The team at Audio Volt is knowledgeable, friendly, and always ready to provide expert guidance. Ordering is straightforward and hassle-free, making the entire experience seamless. From initial consultation to post-installation support, they consistently go above and beyond to ensure everything is exactly right.

If you're looking for reliable, high-quality audio solutions with impeccable service, look no further than Audio Volt. Highly recommended!

Awful experience.

I bought a complete 6 ceiling speaker setup. Having had a slight delay while the speakers have been professionally installed, it is apparent that 2 of the 6 speakers do not work. They play at about 20% of the volume so it throws off the balance in the entire room.

Contacting Inta for an exchange they have got me to return the speakers at my expense. They then ‘tested’ the speakers and stated they have sent them back. Guess what- they still don’t work. So now my options are - 1) have two holes in the ceiling or 2) only play 4 of the 6 speakers so we do not have surround sound. What Inta audio have not worked out is that this now makes the entire setup and all 6 speakers redundant.

A very costly mistake. I clearly won’t be using them again and advise anyone that reads this not to.

I found them pleasant and insightful until there was an issue.

I would go so far as to say I have always been concerned about this potential issue when buying from an online retailer that I do not know which is why I always check trustpilot. I have delayed orders etc but nothing that has prompted me to write such a negative review.

If you choose to go ahead with your purchase from Inta just hope whatever you buy works as the customer support on faulty items does not exist in my experience.

Beware.

I always love ordering from Inta Audio. The products are amazing and they deliver them so quickly! Recommended seller!

From the 1st call for advice, the advice was superb. The process for ordering was easy and once in build, Kieran was excellent. Great support and comms. The i7 pc is working as it should, super quick and quiet. Great service Inta.

The fact that this company build p.c.s specifically for audio production means that you get what you need at a very reasonable price. They also installed my choice of music software saving hours of downloading time. My chosen configuration was ordered on a Monday and delivered the following Saturday which was excellent service.
I was surprised that no mains lead was included but, as I was replacing another p.c., was not a problem for me. However, for someone buying their first desktop p.c. it would have been disappointing.

You asked me to write a review on how you handled my question, but you never even replied to my question, so how can i give a review on it

I am delighted with my new Music Production PC! Very fast build time, great communications and swift despatch. It is working perfectly and is extremely fast. The build quality is great and it is totally silent. I can recommend Inta Audio without qualification. Many thanks

Communications were great, reply regarding everything I needed to know for my purchase received really quickly. Great price!

I used this company on the strength of other reviews on Trustpilot and was not disappointed!
I placed my order at 7:00am one day and my order was delivered the following day.
Got a great price on the QED speaker cable that I ordered too.
Would definitely use these guys again and recommend to others.

Website was easy to use, communication was accurate and reassuring, the items were dispatched the same day and arrived very promptly.
A great stress-free service.

Lights are good but bracket is poor. The bolt that holds the strobe light to the bracket has a broken thread so won’t tighten

Excellent transaction with fast delivery, good product.

Brilliant service - collection and replacement all
Done the following day

another great service from Inta-Audio, ill keep coming back :)

This is the 3rd time in 12 years that I have used Inta Audio.
I first had a PC commissioned for my studio in 2012, which I have only had to recently think about replacing due to hardware obsoletion.

They are extremely knowledgeable about all things digital audio, ever helpful and ready to answer any questions (I have many!), and for my money, they provide extremely good value for money.

EG. This recent purchase has saved me almost £7,500 vs buying a similarly specced computer, that isn't a PC...!

I always recommend them to anyone that I come across who is looking to invest in a solid system for their studio.

I was looking for an additional couple of jack to jack instrument cables and found a pair of good quality ones at a very realistic price from Inta Audio. Great people to deal with. Products exactly what I wanted. 😊

Bit of a long one..
I remember starting out with a Laney Linebacker 30w transistor amp in about 1989. It sounded like an angry wasp in a jam jar but I loved it and at the time and there was no way I could have afforded a valve amp.
I played through a Peavy Delta valve amp in a shop once around 1995 and was blown away by the touch sensitive gorgeousness and depth of the sound but still couldn't afford one. Then came the early software modelling amps like Line6 and Zoom which were sold as "sounding just like a valve amp". They had thousands of different fiddly parameters to mess with and lots of confusing multi use buttons and to me they sounded very flat and one dimensional but I made do at the time.
Then in the mid 2000s you could buy modelling amps from Kemper and Pod and Line 6 Helix which had a million options and cost a fortune, you may as well buy a valve amp for the money. And on a budget you could get Vox Valvetronics and Fender Mustangs which were cheap for a reason, again the flat sound with no depth.
Anyway I just bought this for home noodling purposes. Bugger me it's amazing! It honestly does do the squishy, textured depth of a valve amp! 7 presets cover the usual bases. It's touch sensitive, full sounding and via an app you can control each amp and pedal setting with a virtual knob so it's easy to use too. Added to that it has drum patterns for every music style and lots of full band backing tracks on board as well! And a tuner. Cheap too. The perfect kitchen amp. You can also use it as a blue tooth speaker and you can power it by batteries or mains. It also acts as a guitar to PC interface and opens a suite of recording software if that's your thing. I'm stunned.
Wish I'd had one when I was a teenager!
It's a NUX mighty lite.

Price unmatchable by other competitors, great customer service and quick dispatch, item arrived well packaged the day after order placed.
