Ben Richards guided me through the lengthy application process for house insurance with great care and courtesy. All was carefully explained and questions answered. When I called a week later to activate the policy which had been placed on hold for me, I got put through to Ben again. The transaction was completed with the same care and attention. Everytime I use Intasure I get customer satisfaction. They never let me down.

Intasure did not have a record of my insurance documents from 2023, lost in the transition to new software. Just as well as I didn't have to make a claim in 2023 or I am sure it would have been fraught with difficulty. It is also frustrating that the premiums have gone up so much.
