I do though object to paying £14.99 postage to Scottish Highlands when the part arrived in a small Jiffy bag delivered by Royal Mail, which costs the same everywhere in UK.

I bought this motor for our extractorhood to replace one that had died, it was easy to order, arrived the next day so was very pleased, but within 15 months it had stopped working and Inter Spares was not interested just said it was over the 12 months and there was nothing they could do....Very disappointed! my original motor lasted 12 years, so we just purchased a new cooker hood, will not be buying from inter spares again.

Stay away , my mistake I have ordered before checking their reviews here. As mentioned in other reviews two weeks after my order no repsonse . They dont answer phones or emails. I guess I will need to claim back my money woth credit card protetection as order has not been fullfilled or any update given by the company. Most probably they are running on fradulent activity with most people dont bother to claim back their money.
