I would give this course -10 stars if possible. There is no clear course framework, and it feels like marks are intentionally reduced without proper justification. I usually don’t write reviews, but this experience forced me to speak up.

This is not Internshala it feels like “Scamshala.” They take money under the name of a placement guaranteed course, but there is no real placement support. It is a complete waste of time and money.

I enrolled in a 6-month Data Science course with a promise that if I was not placed, I would get a refund. That promise is completely misleading. They neither provide placements nor return the money. If you want to waste your 6 months of time and 40k money in your life you can go on this scamshala is for you

Before enrollment, I kept receiving calls from Naveen Pandiraj (+91 92201 04558). He called me repeatedly (almost every hour) until I made the payment. Once the payment was done, he blocked me and disappeared.

After that, a so-called “Senior Financial Coordinator” (+91 7428 757 708) contacted me only for collecting money naveen pandira said the strict officer only for money haha name mohan not for any support or guidance.

It has now been 8 months, and I have received zero placement assistance. The job application platform they provide is just average and not useful enough to justify the cost.

Overall, this system seems designed only to collect money from students rather than help them build careers.

I strongly do NOT recommend their placement guaranteed course.

I have proof. They lure you into the platform with 100 credits in our account, but after finding apt candidates, when want to unlock using the 100 credits in my account, I have to pay for it. Really felt scammed and such tricks makes us loose time and money.

The Internshala Human Resource Management course is extremely basic and not worth the money. Honestly, you can learn the same topics using ChatGPT and free YouTube content more effectively.

The “placement guarantee program” feels misleading. Instead of actually teaching or helping you grow, it focuses more on completing projects without real skill development. It doesn’t prepare you for real-world roles in talent acquisition.

Even the soft skills training is very elementary — something a 10th-grade student would already know today.

On top of that, their support system is poor. They don’t respond properly to emails, which makes the whole experience even more frustrating.

If you want to save your time and money, it’s better to avoid this course.

As a business, I used Internshala’s services for hiring. Initially, I was assured that I would get a refund if we didn’t find the right candidates. However, when that situation came up, the refund was denied and instead I was offered reposting and support, which wasn’t helpful.

I was also asked to pay for a package and was promised a dedicated person to assist with recruitment. While a person was assigned, it felt more like a formality—there were no proper responses or real support once the payment was made.

Overall, the quality of candidates was not up to expectations, and the service didn’t deliver what was promised. I would recommend looking for other alternatives instead of spending time and money here.

The Human Resources with AI training program was well-structured and thoughtfully curated. Each concept was explained in depth, supported by relatable and easy-to-understand examples, which made the learning process highly accessible.

One of the strongest aspects of the program was the inclusion of assignments and quizzes after each module.This significantly enhanced practical understanding and ensured that learning was not just theoretical but application-oriented.

However, there is a clear gap in the AI integration. While the HR component was comprehensive, the AI portion felt limited and overly centered around ChatGPT. Given the evolving landscape of HR technology, the program could have delivered more value by introducing a wider range of AI tools and embedding them across modules rather than isolating AI into a single section.

A more integrated approach where traditional HR practices are consistently paired with AI-driven alternatives or enhancements would have made the program far more impactful and future-ready.

Overall, it is a solid program for building a strong foundation in HR, but there is significant scope to deepen and diversify the AI component.

The communication from the team was also not satisfactory. Instead of clear assistance or real job opportunities, I was mostly given generic responses and no concrete solution. This made the entire “placement guarantee” feel more like a marketing tactic rather than a genuine commitment.

For students and professionals who trust such promises while paying for these programs, this is very frustrating. If a platform advertises guaranteed placements, it should either truly ensure them or have a transparent refund or compensation policy when the promise is not fulfilled.

Overall, my experience with Internshala has been disappointing, and I would advise others to carefully verify the placement claims before enrolling in such programs.

The lifetime access pass is great, I can complete certifications at my own pace.

ISP program is very helpful to those who want to do a part time job. The incentives are decent. And help a lot in communication and leadership skill .

I have been associated with Internshala since 2017 and trust me I have learnt and got tremendous opportunity through this platform. I got an opportunity to work with American India Foundation as an Intern back in 2017, United Nation Volunteers, Pucho Lab and lot more. I recently enrolled in Clinical Trial certificate course which cost me 1000/- Rs and I got to learn so much. The instructor was amazing and the course even gave me hands on experience.
