I'm extremely stressed finding out that I have to make my own bookings all you've done is take my money and arranged nothing at all it's not the service I fought I was paying for. the bookings may run outs now and I may not get what I originally booked thanks guys unacceptable. what you should do is make the booking and secure my place

Super fast delivery. Fab item as described...Albeit slightly confusing! In the small print, it advises an item will be sent by post. Yet I still received emails with voucher codes asking me to register voucher before using. I appreciate they are automated, but these general emails could also state to refer to original item information. Also the name on the parcel was not my name or email address on the paperwork inside the parcel. It appears an into the blue employee changed it to their name and email, for what reason or benefit I do not know. I didnt receive any postal notifications, im guessing due to this reason? Makes delivery a little confusing as nobody knew who the parcel was for and nearly refused it. The delivery driver was persistent about the address being correct. Item was opened and luckily my phone number was listed and reception called me to confirm if I was expecting a delivery

Happy to purchase
So far, and my Experience gift hasn't been delivered yet, the website was easy to navigate and I purchased my gift with no problem. I had a couple of quick questions regarding the Experience prior to purchase and I phoned the helpline. The operator was extremely informative and answered my questions. Looking forward to receiving my gift for my partner for Christmas.

Discount codes offered but not accepted
I've been trying to book a cookery experience. I was offered a discount code if I provided proof of being over 60. I did so, received the code but it wasn't accepted. Two other discount codes were offered: OCTOBER20 and 15OFF but neither of these worked.
I tried seaching the "Help" section but nothing worked.
Its frustrating and disappointing.
I still haven't placed the order.
