We purchased a voucher but couldn’t find a suitable time that works. Despite the service promise, we did not hear back from the team for a refund.

Staff very helpful. very difficult to open the voucher attachment. The voucher had to be sent 3 times indifferent formats. finally worked and printed out.

Flight experience
The process was very easy to use however it was advertised with a discount code which I could not apply so had to call the company and was told this experience does not have a discount. So maybe put that information on the page.

Very helpful customer services
Very helpful customer services. Bought an expensive driving experience for my dad who was diagnosed with cancer a few weeks afterwards. All is good now but he was too unwell to use the voucher before it expired. I contacted customer services who immediately extended it for 6 months free of charge so he could enjoy his experience. They made it very painless and stress free so the money spent was not wasted.

Order stress!Filled in the form to purchase the gift…
Filled in the form to purchase the gift but it did not register the different address I wanted to send the gift. So spending loads of time trying to sort it and there does not seem to be anyway to remedy the issue on your site other than contact you - which I have done.
Let's see if it works but my experience of getting a response to an online order and sorting it is not a positive one.
