I've used Into the Blue a couple of times now. Easy to use website, great experiences and prices are very reasonable compared to other companies offering these experiences.

An easy process to provide a unique gift at a reasonable price.

Really easy to use booking and good value

I have booked 2 experiences. The first booking process took me about an hour as I was very nervous and was double checking myself. The second booking took about 10 minutes. The venue were so very helpful. Had to phone them rather than book online but all went smoothly. I would have every confidence to use into the blue again.

The experience that had been brought for me as a gift, was cancelled inside of three days Twice, leaving me to contact into the blue to sort it out, they were helpful, on booking another experience it had a lot of add ones take the cost to over another hundred pounds, it also had a lot of terms and conditions, the whole experience has meant a lot more in money and even greater stress.

Such a helpful representative who booked my experience for me over the phone when I was experiencing on-line difficulties. Nothing was too much trouble.
So many great experiences to choose from. I will definitely book through this company again.

Took too long to get vouchers I must have spent 1hour on line then 25 minutes on phone next day do not like you can’t book date till you have vouchers as most are special dates then back on net to get the date you would like still trying to get vouchers got daughter to try now waiting for wife to give it to a go

It is very easy to use the system. The voucher pack arrived the very next day after the order was made.
Once I contacted the booking office, I had a date booked for 2 weeks time for my flying experience

My son in law thoroughly enjoyed this birthday gift first time...so he"s getting a repeat! Highly recommend this thoroighly efficient professional organization.

Gift experience i booked is completely different to what I am being offered when booking time slot, different helipirt different trip, i booked Cardiff Bay 20 minute Touf and im getting 8 minute city centre tour from Cardiff Airport instead of Cardiff Heliport and you want and extra £30 no option to opt out of upgrades, total rip off

Wrong delivery address so have had to send an email to request correction

Found what item I was looking for very easily, additionally wanted help finding another item. Spoke to a colleague in the phone who was extremely helpful. Ended up booking another days event. Great Service

Paid for a 'voucher' before I could book the event after reassurance from customer service. Seems odd. to me that you pay before you book anything which is a separate operation AFTER you've paid, It's then a whole different rigmarole? Then having paid the money, I couldn't then purchase the event. Online didn't register any of the codes and voucher number I was given when I paid. I need to ring again to make the booking. This is Irritating, time-consuming, disappointing and poor standard of business. And this is before we have the experience.

Easy process to book and redeem voucher. First choice activity, date, time and company were available.

Unfortunately my experience has not been good. Could not get through on phone - waiting on hold almost an hour on 24/7/26 before giving up. Then filled in on line form with my query with no response despite this being over a week ago. I have little faith in this company and do not recommend if you want to rely on customer service to query something prior to activating your voucher.
