REPLACEMENT FILTERS
In terms of the service, it was prompt and easy. In terms of cost - ridiculous. 3 times the cost elsewhere and I should have looked before. Ionics were the pioneers of Pure water but have priced themselves out the market now , as can be seen with all the other alternative , more cost effective brands.

Ions UK company Sucks
The company Sucks. I singed them for one year and noticed that they have been taking the money out of my account every month for over 18 months. When I called them to get the explaination they said that it is automatically renewed and they cannot cancel it before the end of next year...ie. I have to pay them for the whole new year. I never asked them for automatically renewing the contract.

Worst pole I’ve ever had. All clamps have failed. All levers have snapped . Last one we have ever used

Having looked into this, the pole is now over 18 months old. At that stage of use, it’s normal for components like clamps and levers to show significant wear, especially with daily commercial work. This level of wear is within the expected lifespan for those parts.

Well, my boyfriend, James E bought two of the ionic care one for me and one for him. It took 7 weeks to get here. But it was worth the wait. I have been using it for three days. I have a tear in my rotator cuff and it is so painful. In 3 days My pain has diminished. It’s amazing because I’ve been in pain for months I would recommend ionic care to anybody. Thank you.
