Equipment breaks on a regular basis
Equipment breaks on a regular basis. Phoned up to order replacement parts, wrong parts sent. Given up with this equipment now, moved over to Unger and Window Cleaning Warehouse equipment as it’s much more reliable.

Below average products do not buy! Rip off
Do not buy window cleaning poles from this company. They always need servicing and ive had problems with them since first month of purchase. Considering the prices they charge, they are ripping people off!!
Weeks After a reply from ionics stating they would sort the problem nothing has changed they're customer service is as useless as their products!
