Great day out with great savings! We purchased a booklet of 10 tickets from a pop up shop in a shopping centre. The salesman was very clear with what was included and what to expect on the day.

Thought the process was fairly straight forward and simple - got exactly the base level of what I was told I would and then exceptional service on the day! Great deal overall with good savings.

My paintball experience was legendary and the team at the Upminister Centre was great. Massive beats to Matt our marshal what a tip dude. Tina the agent in the call centre gave us a special package and some free stuff because it was my birthday. I would go back except it was on the pricey side. If you get hit with a paintball it does sting like hell so my advice to everyone, don't get hit bruva.

Purchase these tickets from an attractive lady in the shopping centre so far I haven't been disappointed although my mates were - cool selfie with her on facebook

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Bought a package at a pop-up store at our local shopping centre. When I bought them, I specifically asked if our children (aged 11 and 14) would be able to use them at the Newcastle centre. I was told absolutely that was the case. I was only interested in buying them if we could all use them as a family, so I made sure more than once during our conversation that we could use them at the Newcastle centre, and was repeated assured more than once we could.

When I went to book our first (of what I hoped would be many) paintball sessions, I was told the Newcastle centre does not cater for children and that the minimum age is 16.

I have been trying to get a refund based on being misinformed since April. I have been repeatedly promised the refund is coming via the only contact number available (the 1800 number on the website that only goes to sales consultants) with no refund coming. When I asked for an email address I was twice given an address that bounced. Finally, I was given the correct email address and was assured in the reply email our refund was approved. That was over a month ago and still no refund. Now, noone is responding to my emails and I am about to lodge a complain with the ACCC and CHOICE.

I called the customer service to get a copy of my purchase receipt. They promised me to get a receipt with in 48 hours. I waited about 2 weeks. Didn’t get an answer. Tried to call them they were just ignoring my call and never got back to me. Can not trust these people and I wonder how I can trust their facility. If they can’t do it they should have told me at first place. They ruined all my plans. Great administrative team that doesn’t do anything and only people you can talk is poor customer service reps. They never transfer you to the manager. What a joke!

Horrid company who send spammy texts once they have your number. Avoid these cretins. Their text service doesn't even let you have their number so you can't opt out.

ive already had one review taken down which seems to be a common thing they seem to try and remove all negative feedback. THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE. i was scammed out of 140 by 2 men in Worcester city centre they where thrilled to take the money but not so thrilled when i called him up on the private number he left me. i believe he gave me this number as he didn't want me booking through head office which is a little bit shady. i did get a refund but they stretched it out. they say when you send the tickets back in you'll receive the refund within 14 days i did not receive the money until the afternoon of the 14th day. PLEASE do not use these people. they charge u more money so they can take more commission its cheaper to contact the place of business directly the IPG are just the middleman

Even though IPG admitted they had misled us to close a sale... they STILL won't send the money back, won't return calls and won't divulge the details of anyone who is able to help.
Here is my simple advice... DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS!

I also feel that this company is shady. I purchased a VIP pack at the mall and talked to the guy for awhile. Asking questions etc.
He told me all I had to do was call in to book my date and that my husband and I could go anytime.
Boy was that a lie. I have been trying to book us for 2 months. Because I do not have a group of 20 and no one else has booked an event that day they will not open the doors unless 20 paintballers are scheduled. I waited weeks with no change.
One of my children is not old enough and so weekends are not an option. So how am I ever supposed to use these tickets i paid for.
When i finally asked to speak with a manager they told me no one in the booking office could give me a refund and that I would have to contact head office via email as they do not have a phone number to call. It is only an internal phon number that they can not give out.
And so I wait to find out if they played me right out of my money.
Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.

I had purchased a 10 pack entry for $90 at the mall.
Upon booking for my boy and his friend ages 8 and 9, I
was told we could start at 9am for miniball because we had plans at noon time was sensitive.
After charging $25 for paintballs we were lied to and said miniball would start at 11am instead.
so we tried to cancelled and was greeted with an argumentative agent. I then asked to speak to a manager. I
got a call back and he tried to make the situation better but at this point we just wanted our money back. He agreed and promised a full $25 refund.
A month after that conversation nothing was done. I called in and was told head office rejected the refund
very very Unprofessional!!!!!!!
