I ordered 2x .250g plates end of November. Contacted them 3 times and have only had one response. Still no tracking information. Wont be shopping again

Annoying Inconsistent colours ofbands
Build quality is good the bands I bought were fit for purpose. My one big bug bear is that the colour scheme for the large and small bands is not consistent. If you are after a band of strength you have to read the label on the band rather than just go to a certain colour. The markings do wear off after a time

Service and response was good however…
Service and response was good however an item was not delivered with my order, however they made up for it by getting it delivered ASAP and threw in some goodies for my troubles.

Good products, uninspiring shipping supplier
Product range is good, quality products.
Criticism lies in choice of transport and how shipping costs go up with items you purchase. Justified for large items, however comparatively there are other suppliers charging much less for shipping the same equipment from states further away than Victoria. This can be a deterrent when you only have to order small items and therefore look to buy elsewhere as shipping can sometimes make up at least a third of the total cost, if not be more than some of the products.
