Kan ingen stjerner gi. Har været genhuset 3 5 md og kommer hjem til en svinesti ,ringer og ver dem gøre det om ,de bruger 15 min og kører igen. Alt er stadig beskidt ,mine ting er itu ,selv indeni skabene er der møj beskidt . Har aldrig oplevet noget lignende

As everyone else has said - worst company I've ever worked for. They used a recruitment company to hire me. No interview, no DBS check, no references for a retail cleaning position. Yet another company processed wages, which was impossible to contact, login didn't work. I had no direct contact with ISS, every issue was handled by the recruitment company, and now that I've left they are ignoring my emails about missing wages. I will have to go through ACAS for the 3 days wages still owed.

I recently bought a property that had been "refurbished" by this company (hired by the previous owner).

Bottom line is: every single thing they did is an incompetent amateurish bodge, the likes of which I have never seen.

Some examples:

Plasterboard was supposed to be replaced throughout the property, but was only done in places that were more visible. It was left as it had been, moldy and water-damaged in some of the worst areas.

Skimming over plasterboard was so badly done you can see the joints. They couldn't even be bothered to take a panel heater off the wall, just went around it.

Box built around the soil stack is held together with duct tape (!). Seriously, I am not joking here.

Painting was done in patches throughout using a different shade of magnolia to the original. Looks terrible, and I have redone a load of it.

Worst of all is that the new hot water tank is a mains pressure tank that requires certification for building regs approval. This is a legal requirement, and is a serious issue.

There was no certificate number provided by ISS and the installation had to be revised and then certified by another (thankfully) competent contractor.

Every new thing I uncover reveals yet another bodge, so who knows what's next.

been with them 4 years when they took over the previous contract initially had numerous problems every single pay at one point i was owed £1357 after numerous attempts to get the money i contacted ACAS it took me 6 months ... again i had pay issues but most was eventually resolved i again had to contact acas for £250 owed... my co workers didnt bother contacting acas one is still owed around 2k another 2-300 another £30 ish and another lost count but in the thousands considering we are min wage part time cleaners thats a lot of money.... im currently owed a shift my manager wouldnt reply to my messages until i threatened to contact acas .... you got to be tough with them or they will ignore you and steal your money...

I haven't been paid for a holiday, spoken to and messaged my manager but he is unresponsive, it is three months now since the holiday. I Haven't been paid for overtime and didn't get my usual pay. Very frustrating working for a company where you have to fight to get the money that you have worked for.

Det verste selskapet jeg har jobbet for. En kantine full av rasisme, overgrep mot ansatte. Full av frekkhet, stress, fornærmelser. Folk jobber med stort press. Alle rapporterte problemer blir feid under teppet. Og dette skjer i en av deres største kantiner i Oslo.

I was dropping my daughter off at college, it had been raining a bit and when I pulled off my wheels span a bit and all I heard was someone saying, what an *"'::, I told him to be quiet it was accidental he then jumped out his van and started heading towards my car mouthing off and acting in a threatening manner. ISS you need to get your staff under control, but I've read alot of reviews about this Company and they all seem like muppets all the way up to Management

I started working through Instawork back in August of 2022. IKEA in West Chester partnered with a company called ISS who helps them with employees through Instawork. I liked my work but started to notice the shady and unprofessional behavior that IKEA continues to allow ISS treat customers and the temp employees that are scheduled to work through them. IKEA will pretend like they care and even go about trying to tell you that ISS isn’t IKEA. No, their not, but their HIRED through you so their behavior, unprofessional behavior, discrimination all falls on you. You’re responsible to continuing it and turning the other cheek. ISS supervisors will tell you to tell customers to do it themselves so you could get in trouble. I’ve heard ISS workers ban and block people of color from booking shifts through their apps. Me being one of those people and lie about why they do it. Their racialism will catch up to them and I hope IKEA falls with them. I’ll continue to spread the word and even reach out to Nell Witherbys employee as she is also a nurse. I fear for her patients.

My wife works for this company and in a 50 year working life this company is the worst she has ever worked for- by a country mile.
Despite numerous requests to her supervisor she still cannot access her wage slips or check how many holiday days she is entitled to as the online app is not working, request for wage slips to be posted have been ignored.
And just to show what a disgusting company they are and what they really think of the staff they employ she has been told that the Bank Holiday for the Queens funeral has to be taken as annual leave, this despite the fact that the contract she works on is closed on that day.

I worked for this company for about 18 months cleaning trains, they were supposed to supply trucks to carry the electrical transformers but never did, meaning we had to physically carry these heavy objects, one night I felt something go in my lower back, I was on sick pay for six months at which point they tried to bully me into resigning which meant I would not be entitled to any benefit..3 years later and I still suffer back pain daily..I do believe I should have been compensated for this injury and at 63 years old I will never be fit to work again. I would definitely caution anyone against working for this terrible company!!

Hatte heute einen Termin um 10 uhr bei issworld direkt im Magnawerk. Ich war 10 min vorher anwesend. Eine Dame die das Bewerbungsgespräch abhalten sollte kam hektisch aus dem Büro und meinte ich muss 15 min warten im Speisesaal. Um 10:45 wurde ich noch immer nicht zur Bewerbung geholt. Weiteres war auch diese Dame nirgends mehr auffindbar worauf ich nach 1 Std Wartezeit das Magna Werk verlies. (Dies erzählte ich auch den Portier der nur den Kopf schüttelte). Bis jetzt hat sich niemand von issworld bei mir gemeldet und es ist 16:00 Es scheint bei dieser Firma ist man eine Nummer und kein Mensch . An inkompitenz nicht mehr zu übertreffen. Was hat man dort für Führungskräfte die ein Bewerbungsgespräch abhalten sollten mit terminlicher Vereinbarung und selbst total überfordert sind und Menschen einfach im Regen stehen lassen. Diese Dame mit dem Namen Fr. GROSS...... weißt 0000 Qualitat auf. Mfg.

Det er let at få et meget unuanceret billede af ISS når man læser anmeldelserne herinde. Det er ikke et billede jeg kan genkende. Tværtimod bliver der sat stolthed i at behandle folk godt, give alle gode muligheder og anerkende medarbejdere på alle niveauer. Der sættes stolthed i at levere en god service. People Make Places - og det er er en værdi der kan mærkes fra dem på gulvet til dem i beslutningslokalerne.
Brodne kar kan findes i enhver organisation, men her gøres der noget reelt for at reagere på korrekt vis.

I couldn’t put zero star unfortunately. Missing hours and wages never correct . This company will kill your mental health. I can’t express how horrible it was working for this company .

Magen til fupfirma som burde skride af H til ud af Danmark.

De stjæler arbejdspladser, henter billig arbejdskraft, nedladende over for ansatte, lyver om rigtig meget og jeg kan blive ved.....

Man burde melde ISS til arbejdstilsynet med den opførsel de har over for deres ansatte. Man har været ansat hos flere forskellige rengøringsfirmaer og får af vide fra en Fking østeuropæer som knap nok kan dansk og snakker gebrokkent dansk. Hun er da den mest uintelligente person, som man har stødt på for første gang....

Vi danskere og mange udlændinge, som er blevet behandlet skidt, burde anmelde ISS for svindel, da de overtræder den danske lov.

Iss ansætter chefer der ikke kan finde ud af jobbet, og derfor kan ikke lære fra sig, så medarbejderne ikke kan lære at gøre rent, de ansætter chefer fordi de er gode venner. Plus en gang ud af 5år jeg skulle melde mig syg og taber chefen kanan ville ikke tag tlf så blev man nød til at tag på arbejde i frygt, og derefter spiller han dum og siger han ikke har set mit opkald..
Dårligt firma skam jer.. Hjerte løse mennesker. Jeg håber i fyre kanan og Lars og de falske formænd også ham de fyrede for at ryge indenfor og ansætte ham igen

ANSATTE BLIVER GROFT UDNYTTET! Især udlændinge der ikke har de samme muligheder for at begå sig som dansktalende.
Hvornår er der en journalist, der graver i ansættelsesforholdene hos ISS???
Der bliver ikke udbetalt løn!
Mellemlederne sidder og skummer fløden, og får økonomisk bonus, hvis de formår at spare penge på lønudbetalinger ved ren og skær udnyttelse af loyale ansatte - med yderst tvivlsomme begrundelser.
De helt ubegribeligt mange dårlige anmeldelser herinde taler deres tydelige sprog.
Og en hurtig Google viser, at de under Corona ikke engang udbetalte løn-kompensation til de ansatte - til TRODS for at de fik pengene til det?! Ja så forstår man pludselig bedre. Meget bedre. Vær sød at holde jer væk fra dette rottehul.

Absolutely dreadful. Have not responded to email or calls for more than a month. Zurich who contract this incompetent firm are just as much to blame.

Terrible was promised a gift for all hard work we done this year. Bent over backwards for this company for 4 years will be giving my notice january your just the bottom of the ladder and stay there. Not rewarded even a card it's Christmas don't waste time you get minimum wage no thanks scrooge wasa nice man compered to these guys.....
