Jeg har igennem de sidste knap 2 år været til 3 jobsamtaler forskellige steder hos ISS, og ingen af de unge mennesker"facility managere" har gidet og ringe tilbage, end ikke og ligge en smsbesked som jeg idet mindste bad dem om, hvis de ikke ku få fat i mig!

Når man kommer til samtale jos dem, viser det sig at der er langt flere jobtitler i jobbet, som der IKKE stod noget om i den oprindelig jobannonce!

Og lønnen er IKKE højere, men den samme som den der stod i jobannoncen!

Jeg anbefaler og holde sig væk fra de banditter

They always miss some hours from your payment. They tell you it will be paid next payslip but it never happen, and after you chase them the manager doesn't answer your call.

At the end I find it easier to give up and left as I am missing always on average 5/10 percent of all my earning.

This company over the last 10 years has turned a good job into a depressing transitional position for most of its employees. Portering as part of the NHS was/is a good job for non skilled work with fair wages for the work involved. Since then ISS have introduced 2 of their own contracts (the most recent even worse than theyre intial one) for employees, making the job a 3 tier payment system for people who do the same job. They constantly squeeze money and frequently pay staff under minimum wage but ask more and more from their workers. The NHS at The Derby Royal are to blame to as they are the ones who let them get away with it.

All existing comments are accurate. Made redundant and still couldn't get the correct money . Still not convinced a manager is correct. Spoke to my solicitor and in the end walked away with a loss of 110.00. If you are in doubt speak to your solicitor first 15min normally free. Companies - Please do not recruit ISS they have no loyalty to staff, pay badly, pay incorrectly and you will be charged a fortune to use the services. Plenty of honest companies out there, or recruit someone for facilities in house and run the facilities side from a member of your staff.

Wages are never right zero contracted hours thought that was no longer a thing they keep adding more and more work on top of the work you already do without any extra pay they treat you like dirt worse company I have ever worked for wish I could give it NO STARS

Working for Iss is the worst company I’ve ever worked for, they don’t pay u ur right wage then ignore any emails calls or messages when u try and contact them. My supervisor is the worst for ignoring unless she wants something herself avoid at all cost … unless u want mental health issues….

I worked for this "Company" for a month as a cleaner and it has to be the worst "company" I have ever had the misfortune of working for.

Constantly asking for supplies as they run out fast or things need to be replaced, my requests were always ignored or was told I "needed more training" (I have over 6 years cleaning experience so this was insulting), all my emails were ignored by head office and our area manager (who was and still is absolutely useless) my partner and I had to resort to buying our own cleaning products to clean the store as we had run out, still waiting on a reimbursement!

The buffing machine would constantly break down, was told it would be fixed and nothing has been done 2 weeks later!!!

One of the staff forged my partner's signature! something we are both going to take much further!

The area manager as I mentioned above needs to be fired or replaced as he ignored everything you send him, he also never shows up. 5 times he was meant to come in to see us and he never showed for any of them!

ISS is nothing short of a complete joke of a "company", they don't care about their staff, head office is about as much use as a chocolate fire guard and the management is pathetic. They also like to protect those who forge signatures, as I said, this is being taken further.

They fired me last week, no warning, no verbal, no letter, no email, just a text to my partner telling me not to come in anymore. They didn't even have the balls to tell me myself!

Avoid these clowns at all costs

ISS er det mest frygtelige firma jeg nogensinde har arbejdet for.nedladende ledet,nedladende 1 assistent. Et godt råd søg aldrig job der,slet ikke udlændinge, de bliver på det groveste udnyttet

En rigtig beskidt firma , en rigtig l.ort firma.
Jeg har arbejdet ca 18 måneder so afløser og min chef er ikke ansætte mig . Til sidst den 14 juni jeg bedt om min chef hvor han skal ansætte mig ellers det gider jeg ikke , bagefter kommer han med en paper på 6 timer om dagen indtil 4 uger hvor sommerferiens slutter, bagefter jeg var travlt skrev under kom hjem og ringet min chef siger jeg jeg vil ikke hav 6 timmer, jeg sagt ham om jeg vil gerne fuld ansætte eller stopper bagefter siger han nej det kan jeg ikke så, jeg bedt ham om han skal annuller denne 6 timmer kontrakt hvor opstarten var fra fredagen.
Men Idag jeg ringet dem om der skal udbetalt alle mine timmer. Hvor det siger jeg skal tilbage betalt dem 21000 på grund af jeg har ikke overholdt de antal timer. 🤮🥵 nu jeg står rigtig kedelig og sur hjem det har ingen rigtig tlf nummer hvor man kan snakke dem . Jeg synes Iss er en rigtig lo.rt firma og det laver også rigtig lo.rt business over sin medarbejderne. 🤮🤢

They don’t even deserve 1 star. I worked for this company for almost 2 years and they are awful. The company is full of bullies and people who have literally no idea how to do their job and lie. Offered others over time and left me and others out.

Messed my furlough up after saying I would receive 100% and claimed it was because I had been on maternity at the beginning of last year.

Nok det værste firma jeg har været ansat hos. De skider virkelig på deres ansatte. Var på en af Forsvarets installationer, det handlede mere om at få det til at se ud som om at der var blevet gjort ren, i stedet for at gøre rent. Alt for få ansatte tilbage til opgaverne, efter fyringer og kollegaer der opgav.

The Worst company i have ever worked in my life.I had to email them and chase them for my paternity ,they are pensions are dodgy ,bosses never cared about wellbeing of the staff members.The mentality is not right.All they just pretending and trying to save any money to their pockets.Never ever work for them,they reputation is so bad.They are stealing low pay people wages but hiring expensive managements to make their money.Ridiculous behavior ,bulling ,absolutely out of order.Still working for them and praying they loose the contract next year.

I was a cleaner in this company for 3 months. At first I was with a recruitment company then I transfer to ISS. Was the worse mistake I did.

1. I was being paid less compare to other cleaners. My salary was £8.75/h and other cleaners £9 something/h. I talked to my manager and he didn't help therefore I start talking with the supervisor. He was telling lies after lies. First he said "Only supervisors get paid that amount", then later change the narrative "Others are in a different contract than you". - I got super confuse why my contract was different if we were doing the same job. Keeping in mind I am 26 y.o.

2. I wasn't being paid double on Sundays as I was promise.

3. They own me money. I didn't got paid for my last week of work, until now. Text the supervisor about it and he left me on read, twice.

4. I couldn't login into the system, therefore I didn't got access to my payslips. I email asking if I could get an electronic version send to my email and the response was "Login into ISS World". Very weird, we employees have to look out for payslips. Other jobs, the employer send the payslips.

Overall terrible company to work with.

Poor company with inadequate management picked on looks not experience.ok to start but wages went up by only 250 annually in 5 yes whilst supervisors doubled.Very good at passing blame down the ladder

I applied for a role with this company, for a job I was more than qualified and experienced to succeed in. I completed the online application process got a automatic response.
After a few weeks I asked for feedback, got an email saying my request was sent to the relevant person
Nothing from them since, such a poor way to treat applicants.

Extremely poor communication between employees and management.
