Very satisfactory experience but found Ecard sysReviewtem confusing, just hope we got it right!

Very easy to arrange my purchase. Prices clearly shown and completing the process was very straight forward.

I subscribe to a eeekly magazine and renewed recently, however duplicated delivery. When I called it was dealt with immediately by Raphael in a very professional and sympathetic manner, keeping me informed every step of the way and a resolution email received within the hour! Very courteous and understood fully my problem.

It would appear I’m yet another fan of Estelle Marshall, above and beyond looking into my complaint. All resolved now and I look forward to receiving my 2 extra copies of Bunkered!

I subscribed for years to yoga mag, they were awful when things went wrong but that's why i subscribed via Isubscribe :) & not the mag directly. A BIG thanks to Estelle from Isubscribe who stayed on the case despite Yoga Mags reluctance for any response whatsoever , Estelle kept me up to date along the way & Isubscribe eventually sent me a cheque for the copies I never received, While i'm done with Yoga mag I wouldn't hesitate to subscribe to another mag via Isubscribe again. Good Customer service agents do still exist and her names Estelle Marshall :)

This company really works. I have been using it for some years with magazine subscriptions for various family members. Their website is easy to use and helpful. Long may it continue!

both my daughter & myself had wanted the magazine for a while. But when we tried to pay for our subscription we hit a bump trying to set up our direct debit! We eventually managed to pay via my debit card but only when we agreed to get the 12 magazines instead of 6. Whilst we don't mind since we wanted the magazine we do mind that it took 2 days to sort this out as the website kept crashing at the payment page.

I wanted to renew a subscription for Vogue which I get each year for my Daughter in Law. I wanted to check the last month covered by the subscription. I tried to look on the website but just couldn’t find it. Fortunately I discovered a telephone contact number always prefer to talk to somebody rather than a computer.
Estelle answered the phone and she was brilliant. She sorted it out for me after couple of email messages and chats on the phone.
She was very helpful, patient, pleasant to talk to and understanding of my situation.
The five stars should be all for her.

The content looks great also the process was quite easy, but found the site was quite dated and could probably do with an update. Overall a great Journal can’t wait for the the others

Proactive in bringing a fault to my attention. Extremely quick in resolving the fault. Minimal input required of me. The result for me was no interruption to my working day and a saving of money.

I find going through isubscribe a very reliable way to subscribe to a magazine. I would have given them 5 stars except that you have to pay a lot more if you don't sign up to a direct debit or go through PayPal. I think that's a shame.
