This subscription was ordered in October as a present. It is now late December and I have just learnt that the recipient had not yet received a single issue. So I now have to chase up what has happened.

The Critic issue downloaded easily to the app and was displayed crisply. I shall complete reading it and decide if I want to subscribe.

Simple but confusing with complications over my previous subscription and email been the same!

trying to renew the subscription on line meant no answer to a phone call and then an e-mail to try and make another phone call-not customer friendly!!

Once I realised it was not a scam and was related to the published magazine, it was easy to process for payment.

I just took out a 2 year subscription to wood Carving magazine but never got a confirmation from them or from paypal. The subscription shows in my account online and also in paypal payments but neither email arrived. Had to phone isubscribe who sent confirmation right away. I can only guess at a glitch on their website. Worrying.

Sorry I can't work out how to reply to your comment. The person on the phone was extremely helpful but no the emails did not go into Junk; that was the first place I checked and neither were they anywhere else in my emails. I did a full search by both email address and by subject. I download emails from Googlemail so I was also able to go directly to the Gmail page online to check there too. Nothing at all. Both must be floating in the ether somewhere. Many thanks for your help. PS Both emails just arrived; 11.30 pm November 30th!!!!!!!!!!!

I was to purchased Philosophy Now and while the iSubscribe is a efficient set up I found it all a bit of a palaver and the digital magazine I found difficult to read! So I have requested a jhard copy!

Do not subscribe to Investors Chronicl through Isubscribe. IC has told us it can take 4-6 weeks for the subscription to be activated. Isubscribe said 5 days. I had no idea they were not tye IC and I want my subscription cancelled.
