I made a custom pendant for my 16-year-old daughter with the help of ItsHot tem. I was pleased with the high-quality jewelry they sell. Oksana from sales who attended to me was helpful and sweet at the same time and walked me through the process from 3d design creation to making a wax model and approving it to sending a picture of the finished pendant. The pendant is beautiful and my daughter loves it so much.
