Oksana is AMAZING. Both my fiancé and I got our diamond wedding rings at ItsHot. We are both very picky and decided to custom make the rings. Oksana was patient and listened to what we wanted. I’m so thankful and we both love our special rings!

I bought an amazing ring from them and loved the customer service and the staff. The only drawback was that to resize it I needed to wait a day, and couldn’t get same day service. Overall very happy with the ring and my experience.

As always, ItsHot did a great job! They re-sized my wedding ring and cleaned it. Looks beautiful! They also gave me great advice on my mom's ring to keep the stones intact. I will be getting that work done by them as well. Highly recommended!

The only place where I could find a real solid gold chain. In other stores it was either hollow gold or just too overpriced. I got a good product there for a fantastic price. I highly recommend to shop for jewelry there, they’ve got the best inventory I’ve ever seen in a jewelry shop.

Fantastic store and website! It’s really easy to place your order there. The delivery even with free ground shipping I picked took less than a week. I was able to buy a very nice men’s diamond watch there and it arrived in four days. Both watch itself and packaging are outstanding and exceeded all my expectations.

Oksana helped me choose a watch for my brother for his 40th birthday, and I absolutely loved how pleasant and dedicated she was. She helped me out getting a perfect gift in the right price range. Superb service.

I purchased a customised dog tag pendant, which had 3 diamond stones placed into the centre of it. Prior to receiving the customised dog tag I wasn’t made aware that the diamond stones would simply be set in the pendant with just a blob of glue.

Once I received the item I accepted it as it had taken several weeks for itshot to customise the dog tag pendant and send it.

After wearing the dog tag it has now become apparent the glue setting the diamonds in place has now dissolved. Allowing the diamonds to fall out of the dog tag pendant.

As you can imagine I was highly disappointed in the quality of the item. An item of this value should be fit for a life time!

Itshot responded to my request to repair the dog tag, but they want to do it at a cost to me of $110 + delivery charges. Unbelievably all they want to do is place more glue on the diamonds to set them again.

Itshot do not want to accept liability for selling me a poor quality item. And simply want to glue the stones back again for a cost, which will obviously become a problem again over time.

I believe itshot should rectify their error and set the diamonds correctly such as using prongs. I also asked if they could look into putting a plate on the back of the dog tag to make the back closed, as they previously had this option when purchasing the item. Apparently itshot don’t offer this service anymore!

My advice is to stay away from itshot, as their after sales is terrible. I’m constantly sending emails to chase them up, they won’t respond with instructions on how to send the item to them (clearly they don’t want to do the repair) and when I ask for contact details so I can escalate the issue I get no response.

My husband is very keen on expensive watches. He already has a small collection of those so for his next present I decided to order a diamond watch from ItsHot. The delivery was very quick (got it on the next day!). The watch itself is not the most expensive they cary, I picked the one I could afford, of course, but I liked the quality and looks of it and my husband was very happy when he got the present, says now it's one of his favorite watches.
