Initial phone call the sales rep "Tina" was very helpful, very knowledgeable about product and pricing. She also help quell my concern over bad review about product authenticity. I think the best part is they will fully refund if an issue should arise. Pricing is also very fair.

My item should have shipped by now.
My item should have shipped by now. Update: I received an email saying I would receive another email with a tracking number once my item shipped but I never received it. Then I received a link to leave a review so I gave it one star. But ultimately I received my item in the appropriate amount of time and it was brand new in the right packaging. That was the only glitch was no email with a tracking number. Otherwise I am very happy with my order and may order again in the future.

There is no reason for 1 star review as when you were placing the order we did indicate delivery date as 4/20. My first time purchasing from ItsHot was a great experience. I had previously had a bad experience trying to purchase the chain I wanted, with both vendors sending me a chain that did not meet the exact description, which were returned. My payment method needed to be verified by ItsHot due to fraud prevention, so there was an unexpected hiccup, but Tina at ItsHot was extremely prompt, professional, and easy to deal with… so the hiccup was dealt with swiftly and a reassurance that I was buying from a quality dealer that truly cared about their customer’s experience. I will definitely shop with ItsHot again and I hope the Boss gives Tina a big fat raise. Boss, if you are listening, give Tina a mega raise, NOW! And thank you for the beautiful, high quality chain!
