Great customer service and very happy with the order.

Have worked with Ivory on and off for ~5 years and always get fantastic service - I'm very "small fry", but they still treat my orders with the same care as they do for the really big fish. Communication is great and fast, and very consistent, and the finished products are always spot on - The staff will really help you make sure that you haven't made any obvious mistakes, and they know enough about the physical process of printing to spot the likely problems before they happen.

Having read all the reviews it might seem boring to write yet another glowing report on everything...but it is important to repeat all the superlatives that are already on file. Great product, great service, great delivery. All 'as it should be' and 'as expected'. Especially considering some of the hiccups I experienced on my side - which required (and received) helpful assistance from the appropriate team member (including 'the boss' over a banking matter). Reliable all round

I have been using Ivory for a few months now and they have been brilliant!
Their customer service is so good. They are all kind and so helpful. I was struggling with some elements of the tech side and they talked me through all the steps. There has been one person in particular who has helped me so much and I’m very grateful to her. Their products are very high quality and I’m really pleased with the two sets of cards I now have.

The team were really helpful and made sure we had a great product at the end. Really happy with what they produced.

Unable to accept their own advertised file formats, painfully slow communication throughout (dealing with Olivia), and a cancellation fee deducted despite the job being undeliverable. I’d rather explain PDFs to my nan than repeat this experience with Ivory Graphics.

I would not use any other printing company, these guys know exactly what they're doing, the quality of the product is excellent, they are efficient and friendly. Jake in particular always provides the best service.

I've used Ivory for several years now to manufacture playing cards, the quality of the cards is always outstanding, with great colour matching and a great professional feel to the product. I had an issue with my last big order which I missed in the proof stage, the managing director contacted me directly and was incredibly helpful and professional. Rectifying the situation quickly. I'm always incredibly impressed with the customer service i've experienced from Ivory over the years, I really recommend.

Amazing experience start to finish. Mel & Olivia were amazing from quoting and answering my many many initial questions to meticulosly ensuring artwork was correct for the workshop to ensure we had a good product. Super friendly, super helpful team. Not only great service but the actual product came out brilliantly, good quality cards and tuck box, colours looked good.

Also - they went out of their way to ensure that I received my product before a certain date which was very important, they confirmed they could beat the current/average lead time to ensure I had the product.

100% recommend using these guys over any other card game manufacturer that you find online.
