Great quality and experience - lovely cards

I have relied on Ivory Graphics for several card deck projects over the past few years, & they consistently exceed expectations. Their high-quality printing is matched by their exceptional customer service. The sales team is friendly & approachable, taking a genuine interest in understanding your needs. They offer invaluable expertise & are wonderfully flexible with art edits & specifications, consistently going the extra mile to provide expert solutions. The final product is always high-quality & delivered without a hitch. A fantastic company all around!

Firstly, the customer service. From the first phone call to Mel, I felt both welcome and valued. That never changed, despite many calls, many changes, many requests for fresh quotes and many questions that were probably obvious to most – I was met with the same cheerful, welcoming and encouraging atmosphere, like I really mattered and my deck really mattered. It’s probably one of those rare companies whereby if I turned up at the office, I’d likely be invited in for a cup of tea.

Secondly, the nitty gritty of production, which is not easy! Jess listened to everything I had to say, asked my opinion, gave advice when it was asked for and really took the time to immerse herself in my work. You know when someone has taken the time when they can tell you about your own characters and they sound just as joyful as you feel. Where I struggled to understand the technicalities, she was happy to engage in conversations with my designer to ensure clarity and continuity.

Thirdly, behind every designer is not just an idea. There is a person who has been through quite a process, often fraught with frustration and blockages, but more often full of excitement, an element of pride and the anticipation of what comes next?

I never felt as though I was just another customer and this was just another deck. Jake has talked through the next steps and has offered advice in areas that I am completely unaware of, which I will be taking up. Behind the kindness and lovely atmosphere, there is also professionalism. They won’t just tell you what you want to hear, but will be honest and practical, which to me is equally important.

The testing is all done and the final order is placed. All I need to do now is sit back, relax and wait for it to arrive. I really cannot recommend Ivory Graphics highly enough – they do what they say. They champion innovators… and more.

The cards were first class.
The booklet of instructions was unreadable: far too small, but that was my fault.
I also should have ordered a better box.
Above all, the service from Olivia was prompt, reliable and helpful.
I hope to order more sets (many more) in future.

Great quality playing cards. Making a deck of cards and working with graphics was all new to me. Jake and Mel were extremely helpful. Once I had given Ivory the go ahead to print a test deck for me. The order was processed and sent to me in double quick time. Need to make a few changes on my side but once done will definitely be placing an order with them.

As a small indie card game developer, I had to try different Printing Studios , one thing that stood above everyone about Ivory is the customer communication and the quality of the prints.

I had always a hard time in terms of communication until I bumped into Hollie , in 6 hours she managed to do what others couldn’t in a month , what an absolute unit !

Ivory Graphics provide excellent, personalised customer service; from how to order and get templates, to helping with designing the order on Canva - they can (and did) help with everything. The product itself is exactly as expected, arrived ahead of scheduled delivery date and is of great quality. I highly recommend them.

Great quality, and helpful staff.

So happy that these arrived on time and looked good. However, alignment of cards was not perfect despite me asking for it to be corrected twice. Additionally, confusing was of communicating not being able to come through to one person means you either get no replies or multiple messages.

Great product and help from Jake especially. Despite asking for a better price on my demo deck initially nothing was offered. Jake however, managed to lower the overall price and answer some of my concerns on the phone. Olivia was very patient and also answered all my art work questions quickly and fully.

Amazing quality, swift production, friendly communications. Happy 100% with end product.
