Jacksons Fencing - the best
Jacksons Fencing provides probably the best quality fencing available. Whilst you pay a premium price it is most certainly worth it plus you get the 25 year Jackure guarantee. We have very strong winds along the north west coast of Wales but the fencing is more than up to the job.

good enough fence but poor customer service and delivery experience.
ordered the wrong gate (my error) but charged additional delivery and collection fees for unused, unopened stock. Also took over a week to process a refund on gate post collection.

As many of our products are made to order and the incorrect gate was ordered in error, the collection and redelivery charges were applied to cover the transport costs involved. However, we understand that this can be frustrating, particularly when the item was unused and unopened.
We also apologise for the delay in processing your refund following collection. While refunds can take several working days to complete, we appreciate that a quicker resolution would have been preferable.

Garden fencing
It’s an excellent quality of fencing that looks very good. The service is excellent, offering support and advise and making sure everything is in order. The delivery was seamless and it is so well protected for transportation. The delivery men were very good. I strongly recommend Jackson’s fencing. It also does live up to the 25 years plus. I bought a fence previously and it still looked like new when I left that property.

Took delivery of a double bay pergola…
Took delivery of a double bay pergola in July. First impression of the kit was good. The quality and machining of the wood looks good. However the pergola kit came with no assembly instructions. I have noticed that there are some basic assembly instructions available online but I have no means of printing these. I contacted Jacksons a month ago and asked if they could supply me with a paper copy. I was informed by one of the sales team that they would see what they could do. To date I haven't received any paper assembly instructions and the pergola is still in storage on my back garden.

Likes and dislikes
Likes: quality of product, accuracy of order, politeness and professionalism of staff when ordering, collecting and paying.
Dislikes: yet another business where no cash payment is accepted, expensive, 3 weeks lead time agreed but actually took closer to 5-6 weeks with no updates explaining delays.
