Very poor customer service response to incorrect delivery.
Order paid in full on 27th May, delivery completed 17th July. In between very slow email response and return 'phone call relating to incorrect delivery. Quite satisfactory products but very poor customer service.

Great quality product
Great quality product. All our garden is Jackson products. Looks good even after 20 years. Apart from few issues with a couple of bits that Jackson’s replaced without any fuss. Great customer service. Thank you
