5* for customer service emailed issues…
5* for customer service emailed issues with another rotten post and it was confirmed quickly that a free replacement was ordered and delivered with 2 weeks.
I must admit I have been disappointed with the amount of posts now failed with 20 years due to rotting , jacksons fencing have been great replacing under their 25 Year guarntee but it has cost me alot of time with repairs. In hindsight now I would not buy wood posts again and wished I had gone with concrete posts.

I travelled from Hampshire to Kent to…
I travelled from Hampshire to Kent to collect some special order panels on the instruction of one of the sales team that they would be ready, they weren't - they hadn't even been made yet - 5 hr round trip and a 6 hour wait while they were made - I asked the salesman for some form of redress, he said yes - but still hasnt contacted me back - shocking service.

I have used Jacksons fencing for many…
I have used Jacksons fencing for many many years. I have found that in recent months, the quality of their materials has gone down hill. They are more expensive than other fencing companies but I was always happy to pay more for the better quality materials. My last few orders however has shown me they seem to have gone for cheaper alternative and the quality is nowhere near as good with the posts and panels twisting and warping.

Thank you for your feedback and for being a long-standing Jacksons customer. We're sorry to hear you're disappointed with your recent experience.
Having reviewed your concerns, we understand that the fencing was painted shortly after installation using a dark-coloured finish. As timber is a natural material, it will continue to expand, contract and settle as moisture levels change through the seasons (this can become more pronounced during periods of hot weather). When a painted surface moves in this way, areas of previously covered timber can become exposed, particularly with darker colours where the contrast is more noticeable.
Our Jakcure® pressure-treated timber does not require painting for protection, and we recommend allowing new timber to weather and fully settle before applying any finish.
We appreciate that this can be frustrating. As discussed with our team, touching up the exposed areas and re-fixing the capping where required should help restore the finished look as the timber continues to settle.

We found the sales team helpful when we asked for the original quote, which we needed to change prior to ordering. They gave helpful information about the fence panels and what we would need to erect them.
The delivery went well considering it was a tricky residential area for the lorry to get to and it had to be parked a fair way from the house and delivered on forklift. The driver coped very well with all that. We are delighted with the quality of the panels they really enhance the garden, which is what we hoped for Thank you Jo
