I had the pleasure of dealing with Jacvapour's customer service team recently and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed! Duncan, in particular, was outstanding in his assistance and went above and beyond to ensure that my issue was resolved promptly and efficiently. Great products, fast delivery and great customer service
Order regularly from this company for the last 2 years and dispatch is almost always the same day and delivery is fast and as stated. On the one occasion I had a faulty product, they dispatched a replacement immediately. Great service!

Great Product & Customer Service
Been buying from JAC for years. Any problems have been very quickly resolved. Hints and tips are great. Clear Steam is my choice and I love it. I trust the JAC products completely for their rigorous testing and engineering. Great UK company.
