I ordered 2 pairs of tights and a jumper on sale this week. I am so disappointed by the quality and fit 😔
I ordered the tights in a large and the jumper in 3XL (as I prefer very over sized jumpers) I usually wear a size 12 and the tights were a struggle to get on, and the jumper fits (not over sized like I wanted)
In what world is a size 12 and 3XL the same thing?!
Considering the tights are usually $99, they feel like the same material and quality of my $8 Kmart pair! Never shopping here again, such a waste of money 😔

This is extremely disappointing. I paid $109.00 for ‘active ware tights’ and all they did was roll down the sides and the crotch fell way as I was walking. I have cotton on leggings that were 1/4 of the price and are much better than these products. Absolute joke

After checking out this brand for the last year I decided to take the plunge and order a few items. I got leggings, tank and jumper and I couldn’t be happier... I’ve bought a lot of activewear over the years and can say I was impressed with the quality and price. I’ve had 5 kids and I’m a size 12 so I’m def not a traditional ‘skinny body’ but these fit me really nicely, I can’t wait to purchase more. (I purchased my size)

Ordered my first Jaggad tracksuit during a recent sale. The order took weeks to arrive and the overall quality was poor - too big, colour different to picture and within a couple of wears the pants had a hole in them. Even on sale this was still an expensive purchase and I won’t be back.

Shipping is so slow and customer service is terrible. only value profit and sales rather than customer satisfaction, care and quality products.

Purchased from Jaggad for the first time and after reading a few reviews decided to go a size up. I'm normally size 10 (or 12 for comfort particularly for bottoms) so went for size L. I bought a pair of leggings, a sweater and an underwear set. The leggings in size L were a great option in my case (I'm not a fan of super tight activewear and to be honest Covid left me with a big bum and thick legs!).

The sweater was a bit too big and the underwear was way too big for me. I was able to exchange the underway for size M. Unfortunately the sweater wasn't available in size M the day I got in touch with customer service for an exchange (a bit disheartened to see that it's available today as I would have loved to exchange it for a size M!) I kept it anyway because it's super cute but perhaps I should have waited a bit.

Customer service was fantastic - super quick and responsive. They even sent the new items before I had sent them the original ones. That to me says a lot!

I will definitely purchase again. My recommendation is, no need to go a size up unless it is for leggings and, if you are like me, who doesn't like too tight activewear.

The quality of the clothing is wonderful, great design features not offered on cheaper clothing (embroidery rather than screen printing for instance).

The customer service was incredibly quick at express posting an exchange size even before I had returned the original order. And when I did, the refund was given within 2 days of me taking it to the post office! I’ve never had such wonderful service before!

Sizing is true to size, other reviews said runs small so I went with L (AU12) for some items and M for others, as I’m normally 10-12, and I needed to return the large sizes. Definitely purchase your usual size - most designs are oversized fit anyway. I didn’t buy any leggings though.

Will definitely purchase again on sale - great value in the deals I bought.

This was my first purchase from Jaggad and it did not go as planned. I went with a sales item, a pair of pink leopard bike shorts. What i received was a three-quarter pair of black tights with a stripe down the side. My original order is now out of stock.
BUT the customer support I received was amazing. Because of this and only this I am going to order from Jaggad again.
The service team was quick in their response, professional and understanding, I have never found this with any other company.
I am so glad I went up a size, they are a smaller fit but I must admit the fabric was quite good.

Cannot speak more highly of JAGGAD and their customer service team. I had to exchange a jumper and had no issues at all. Maddie who I dealt with was amazing, very prompt and sorted out my exchange on the day. I love the quality of all my purchases and I am a 14 and find that the XL is perfect for me. During lockdown JAGGAD is all I worn. I am a very happy customer and will not purchase for anyone else.

Order 2 pair of tights and had to return both pairs. Only received a partial refund not full refund on return. I assume this was for the return postage cost??? Poor quality and material and the fit was awful and not true to size. Couldn’t even get one pair on they were so poor fitting. Maybe it’s ok if you are stick thin like Bec Judd but for those with normal bodies they need to rethink their design and quality of material to match the overpriced products

Took advantage of their sales to try Jaggad out and was so disappointed. Postage was slow and when the items did arrive it was very underwhelming. One jumper is great for summer and fits perfectly, another jumper in same size is huge. Tank tops are huge gaping around the arms and the biggest disappointment is the leggings! Sizing is completely wrong - usually an XL, they are more like a medium and the material is that shiny stuff that doesn't give and doesn't allow freedom of movement.

Won't be buying from them again, just thankful I didn't pay full price for these items.

Ordered a pair of tights, a gym singlet and a jumper.
The tights were an awful cheap shiny material, and the waistband is disproportionately wide, it came down over my bottom and all the way up to my ribs. The singlet material felt cheap and the jumper was paper thin and also very cheap feeling. I'm returning all the items. Definitely not worth the premium price tag.

I have never been so disappointed with a parcel. Incredibly poor quality and the size is incorrect. I wouldn't even pay sale price for these items they are that bad.

i bought 2 shorts, a tshirt, a tank top, and 2 sport bras. the shorts are very frumpy and massive for a size S, very poor quality compared to pics on their website. the leg opening is very wide so won't be able to wear them to pilates. i'm around 5'2 and it's way too long for me, have to fold down the waistband. the tshirt and tank in size XS also very very baggy and ridiculously way too long, maybe i'm just too short for their clothes. the sport bras are good and i love the design, that's the only positive. shipping to melbourne took an entire month because of covid delays.

Worst company. Sent me a faulty item and have made it an absolute nightmare to rectify the problem. They have taken zero responsibility for the poor quality of the item and have not assisted in any way (when I asked to have the new item sent to my new postal address). Essentially if you ask their ‘customer service’ for assistance, the answer is ‘no’. Was a huge fan of this brand until now but I won’t be wasting anymore money on this brand.

I recently bought the tempo scuba sweater and tech full length compression leggings. If I'd listened to most of the reviews on here I wouldn't have proceeded with my purchase but I'm glad I did. I'm happy with the size, design and the quality. Yes they are expensive but I think the quality matches the cost and I can see myself wearing for a while. I went a size up to the m in the pants based off feedback that sizes run small, and with owners like Bec Judd, who is petite, it's not surprising. A big negative for me was paying $14+ for postage when I'm paying almost $300 for goods - this should be free in my opinion.

I have made two seperate purchases from Jaggad in the past few months and my customer experience has been nothing but fantastic. My first purchase was a 3 for $180 promo where I receive tights - Crop top and a sweater. Amazing fit - Amazing Quality and shipping was quick! My second purchase was a sweat set and whilst I will admit there was a fault with the waistband my email notifying them of this was replied to in less than 24hrs with sincere apologies and rectified swiftly where I then went to purchase the scuba sweater and matching tights. Received the last order last night and I am thrilled all round. Will definitely buy again !!!

Very expensive for very little quality. I just received the tights and sweater in the mail and the tights are literally see through. The material feels cheap and they don't sit well. The jumper is thin and is massive. Wouldn't buy again.
