Appointment for yearly boiler service made by company, saves customer having to remember. If date not suitable company are flexible to customer needs.
Engineer messages to let you know when he’s on the way and is professional and respectful.
Cost of boiler maintenance is reasonably priced.

People great, AI not so clever.
Service was prompt and engineers polite and efficient. The delay in getting a part and it being the wrong one on the first occasion was a bit annoying.
Telephone communication was a bit awkward. On one call the message that I was second in the queue continued while I was talking to the telephonist. Another time AI told me I’d get a call that day and asked if I’d prefer morning or afternoon. A bit confusing as it was already afternoon.

Annual gas boiler inspection.
The company sent me an appointment time via email for the annual gas boiler inspection.
The engineer arrived on date and time agreed, he called before arriving.
He was very presentable and polite and informed me before departing that the gas boiler inspection had been completed and passed.

Not the service I usually get
Hot water was left running while he was outside. Not great at todays prices and gas box cover was left open a couple of days before I noticed. Anyone could have got to it. Phoning company was a nightmare as it now uses AI at start. Engineer nice enough

Another annual checkup completed
Annual boiler and gas check completed, all done quickly, no fuss or issues, friendly pair of guys who checked everything in about 15-20 mins and completed sign off sheet emailed to me this evening! Great service!
